Best clinic in Estonia, highest quality compared to any other clinic! Always a warm welcome when I go in, doctors are considerate and take all options into account and overall it's always been an incredibly positive experience!
I went to Dr. Reet Pallas to have a tooth extracted. It was another very good experience with Kliinik32 dental services. The doctor gave a thorough overview of the procedures and possible consequences. The tooth extraction process went smoothly and painlessly, and I didn't even have to take painkillers after the procedure. Very professional work.

A few years ago, I went to their previous clinic, CityMed, and after it collapsed, Kliinik32. because my mouth wasn't wide enough. I went there for braces for years, and at that time, the orthodontist Nigul didn't even bother to tell me that I had cavities (despite all the fancy papers on the wall). In addition, the braces were over my head and my teeth are still not straight. The bills were presented as the day came, there was no treatment plan planned in advance, that things would cost so and so. A broken tooth, about which I was not informed, to go and fix it, was finally removed because I had received too little cleaning during the braces and it eventually fell out. Recently, when I went to another clinic to have my tartar removed, Kliinik32 removed the adhesive residue from the braces, and I was surprised that it wasn't removed at that time. At that clinic, I was also fitted with "wires" that were supposed to keep my teeth straight for life, and the wires flew out of my mouth 1 year after the braces were removed and replaced, which would have cost me €350. In short, if you want quality and a guarantee that the work will be done well, I don't recommend it. You're obviously paying for the location, not the work. Tens of thousands were invested in that clinic, and years later, all their work has proven to be useless.

It is a good dental clinic, for me it costs 40 euro to check my sensitive tooth there. They made a x-ray photo and a normal photo to show me the problem. For treatment Dr asked for another appointment. To me it seemed clean and well equipped.

This is a horrible clinic! My implant was done by Dr.Lauri Vahtra, and he didn't see on the 3D x-ray that there was a peace of root left near the impacted area. are professionals in their field and the treatment is fast, efficient and painless. The only painful thing is the bill that is presented later, but dental treatment is expensive everywhere. I would not be willing to change these doctors for any price. I am sincerely grateful that I found my way to them.

the treatment at Clinic 32 cost me over 35,000 euros, and now every dentist I've visited so far has told me that the dentist who put the bridge did a really crappy job, sloppy work, the bridge is too long and broke because of it and it needs to be removed and redone.

Response from the owner Edited a year agoDear Helle. Your treatment at Clinic 32 has not cost more than 35,000 euros, but the total amount has been 6,534.39 euros. You had your implants placed at Clinic 32 in 2008. A plastic bridge is a temporary bridge that must be replaced with a permanent bridge. You last visited in 2019 and before that, there have been repeated attempts to help you. Unfortunately, it makes it difficult to help if the patient does not follow the doctor's instructions.
