Kliinik 32 covers the full range of modern dental disciplines. Dental implants are a core specialty, with the lead implantologist having placed more than 10,000 implants and the team experienced in same-visit implantation, short implants, and full-arch rehabilitation. Prosthetic dentistry and aesthetic restorations are planned through DSD, allowing patients to preview treatment outcomes before any procedure begins. Orthodontics includes Invisalign clear aligners. Root canal treatment is performed under dental microscopes. The clinic also provides oral surgery, periodontal (gum) treatment, paediatric solutions for complex cases such as missing permanent incisors, professional Tooth Spa oral hygiene, and teeth whitening using Philips Zoom and Ultradent Opalescence systems. Treatment under general anaesthesia is available for complex surgical cases.

The clinic is led by Dr Lauri Vahtra, MSc, head doctor and one of Estonia's most experienced implantologists with over 20 years of practice and more than 10,000 implants placed. Dr Vahtra holds a Master of Periodontal Diseases from Kuopio University and a degree from the Tartu University Medical Faculty, completed the Continuing Education Programme in Implantology at New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry, and serves as a long-term lecturer at the Tartu University Clinic of Stomatology and a certified trainer for ZimmerBiomet Dental Implants. Dr Martin Martma leads the prosthodontic and DSD programme. The clinic offers needle-free anaesthesia options, and dedicated operation and recovery rooms for treatment under general anaesthesia are equipped with an integrated anaesthesia monitor of the type used in major hospital surgical units.

Around 7 percent of Kliinik 32 patients travel from abroad, including from Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, and other European countries, and several dentists have up to 20 years of experience treating overseas patients.
