Haigi Dental

Haigi Dental's clinical team covers multiple dental specialties. The endodontics team includes drg. Cynthia and drg. Ryza, both Spesialis Konservasi Gigi (Sp.KG-qualified conservative and endodontic specialists). The clinic also has an oral and maxillofacial surgery specialist, drg. Andhikapriya, Sp.BM, covering surgical extractions, jaw-related procedures, and more complex oral surgery cases. Periodontics is covered by a specialist as well, rounding out a team that addresses the full spectrum from cosmetic treatments to complex surgical and endodontic needs. Additional general dentistry support is provided by drg. Wulan and drg. Swastika C., among other team members who manage routine and preventive care across the clinic's daily caseload.

A notable clinical feature at Haigi Dental is microscope-assisted root canal treatment. The use of a dental operating microscope in endodontic procedures improves visualization of canal systems, reduces the risk of missed canals, and supports more precise instrumentation in complex multi-rooted teeth. This level of endodontic equipment is not universal even among specialist clinics in Indonesia and reflects the clinic's investment in procedure quality for cases where standard root canal treatment would be performed without enhanced magnification. Patients requiring root canal therapy -- particularly in posterior teeth with curved or calcified canal anatomy -- benefit from this capability.

The cosmetic and aesthetic side of the practice covers porcelain and composite veneers, smile design and makeover consultations, professional teeth whitening, dental crowns, and bridge restorations. The veneer and smile makeover emphasis has driven much of the clinic's patient community growth through before-and-after case photography shared across their social channels. Haigi Dental uses the patient community term "Kawan Haigi" -- meaning Friend of Haigi -- across their social media as a way of building a branded community identity among past and current patients.

Orthodontic treatment is available at the clinic, including conventional braces and Invisalign clear aligner therapy, though the clinic's primary specialist identity sits more firmly on the restorative and cosmetic side than on orthodontics. Dental implants and implant-supported overdentures are also offered, supporting patients who need tooth replacement with fixed or removable implant-anchored options. Removable complete and partial dentures round out the tooth replacement portfolio for patients who are not implant candidates or who prefer removable options.

The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 21:00 WIB and Saturday from 09:00 to 16:00 WIB, with extended weekday evening hours that accommodate patients who cannot attend appointments during the standard working day. The multi-shift staffing model allows the clinic to see patients through early evening -- unusual among smaller private dental clinics and a practical convenience for working adults in the city.

Since its founding, Haigi Dental has expanded beyond its single Yogyakarta location, with a second clinic established in Surabaya, East Java. This multi-city footprint positions the brand as a growing aesthetic dental group in Indonesia rather than a single-location practice, and the consistent @haigi.dental branding across platforms maintains brand continuity for patients familiar with either location.

For dental tourists visiting Yogyakarta with an interest in cosmetic dental work -- veneers, smile makeovers, whitening, or crowns -- Haigi Dental's specialist-staffed team, microscope-assisted endodontic capability, and extended operating hours provide a compelling combination at Indonesian pricing. The Jl. A.M. Sangaji location is accessible by taxi or ride-hailing from Malioboro, Kraton, and the central Yogyakarta accommodation belt, making it reachable from most tourist-facing parts of the city.
