Very good, I highly recommend it. I was very afraid of the root canal procedure and avoided doing it for a long time. I had it done with Dr. Iuri Ramos and it overcame my fear, being quite different from what I imagined, and now I'm scheduling my next one. I highly recommend it.

That was fine, but since yesterday I have been trying to schedule a new date and haven't been able to. My WhatsApp messages have been ignored. Then this morning I received a call informing me of an available date, but since it was for my fiancé, I needed to confirm with him and get back to him via WhatsApp. Well, since 9 am I have been waiting for a response and once again I am being ignored. They cancelled because the clinic chose to bring forward the São João holiday break, and now we will have to wait more than a month again to be seen. They won't even reschedule for a nearby date, even though we didn't cancel anything. It's now 3:07 PM and I still haven't received any response regarding the date they gave me… The clinic is great, the doctor is wonderful, but unfortunately, the service is very poor. It's stressful having to beg someone to answer, so I'm leaving my complaint here. We will only continue going because the doctor is excellent and has nothing to do with this lack of commitment from whoever is in charge, besides the necessary expenses incurred to continue the treatment. I hope you can correct this aspect, as it is very deficient.
