extremely impolite. I only needed her to forward my pain complaint to the dentist, since I couldn't come in that day, and the response I received was: "that doesn't exist." A total lack of empathy and education, I don't know how she works in customer service. With Dr. Iuri, I felt a certain rudeness during my root canal procedure, especially when taking the X-ray. The two stars I gave were for Dr. Luciana Sales and her assistant, who were great to me when I had the crown lengthening done. You can barely feel her hand, and she treats her patients with compassion. Congratulations!
Andréia Amaral's service is terrible! She's incredibly rude and doesn't know basic Portuguese! I don't recommend her. Zero stars!! You should better screen the customer service representatives you choose. You could at least put someone who is literate and capable of serving customers effectively.
