The place is clean. The staff provided excellent service. I recommend it.

The receptionist was very attentive. The doctor was kind, polite, and had a very gentle touch. I only had my wisdom teeth extracted in less than 5 minutes. Very fast.

but the doctor DIDN'T FIND a cyst based on the X-ray and simply had a root canal for 16,000 baht, after which I developed severe pain and my face became swollen. A FEW DAYS later, the doctor thought to take another X-ray and found a cyst. Apparently, the doctor, the owner of the clinic, removed the cyst from my gum. I started getting sick and am still sick. I've already been to five doctors, but no one can find the cause. Yesterday I had a CT scan and it looked like the root canals of this tooth hadn't been fully treated! Also, under no circumstances should a crown be placed on this tooth now, and if one is placed, it should only be temporary, until the bone has fully healed, because I risk tooth extraction. BUT the doctors at the clinic insisted on a dental crown IMMEDIATELY, even with a terrible toothache!! In the end, they didn't treat TWO cavities, BUT THEY WERE READY TO PUT IN VENEERS!!!! Don't go there; go to a larger clinic in Chiang Mai and get treatment there. Be sure to insist on a CT scan of the jaw and AVOID THIS CLINIC!! I had two teeth done here, and after the "treatment" of the second one, I'm still sick and can't get better. I've been to both dentists and ENT specialists, don't repeat my mistakes! The doctors started treating my teeth without doing a scan, didn't find an infection, couldn't find it for several days (I couldn't sleep or eat because of the pain), didn't do root canal treatment for me, this was shown to me on a CT scan at another dentist (you can tell because the roots of my teeth are gray, not white), after root canal treatment, I found a root canal brush in my hair (I was shocked, a root canal brush, similar to a brush, ended up in my hair!!), THEY DID NOT TREAT CARIES AT ALL, they scratched my front tooth with an iron instrument while they were checking it. BUT VENEERS AND CROWNS WERE READY TO BE PUT IN TOMORROW. If you are a tourist, please choose a large clinic in Chiang Mai if you need dental treatment or even treat yourself in a country where you are protected by LAW!!! THE CLINIC FULL OF UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTORS IS GONE!

From the very first appointment, we identified your infection and proceeded with a root canal treatment, as it was not a cyst but an infection originating from your tooth root. When your body did not respond well to the standard treatment, we recommended an endodontic surgery to directly remove the infection, aiming to resolve your discomfort effectively. Regarding the dental crown, it is standard practice to place a crown on a root canal-treated tooth because without it, the tooth is at high risk of cracking or fracturing. This is why we strongly advised you to proceed with the crown to protect your tooth in the long term. We also noticed that you repeatedly requested CT scans, and we explained multiple times that a CT scan would not provide useful information in your case. The healing site of an infected root canal appears as an air space (black area) on the scan, which is a normal part of the healing process. Additionally, we aim to minimize unnecessary radiation exposure for our patients and only recommend scans when absolutely necessary. It is unfortunate that there was a misunderstanding regarding this, as we rely on professional expertise and evidence-based dentistry rather than internet-based knowledge. Lastly, an ENT specialist would not be able to assist with a root canal infection, as the issue is solely dental-related and requires healing over time. We understand that dealing with dental concerns can be stressful, and we are always here to support our patients throughout their treatment.
