Excellent work! The masseuse's hands were so gentle. I will definitely use her services again.
The clinic is beautiful, the doctor is kind, and the prices are reasonable.
I'm usually afraid of dental work, but the clinic atmosphere here is relaxing. The dentist is friendly, gentle, and it didn't hurt much. I'll recommend this place to my friends.
I came from another clinic following Dr. Grace, and now she's opened her own clinic, which is great! My whole family gets our dental work done here. She gives great advice and is very gentle. I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Grace, and my friends followed her lead. I highly recommend her!

This was my first time getting dental work done at your clinic, and I was impressed. The doctor had a gentle touch and explained every step in detail. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The clinic is clean and equipped with modern equipment. I highly recommend it :)

At first check for my broken teeth it felt everything good, doctor insisted to make a tooth extraction next day and I agreed. But next day sadly it turned into a nightmare. The first problem is the anesthetic injection was not used properly and there were almost no numbness. Then a second one was applied, again it did not work. And I have never before seen that only after a minute or two waiting…

time when the anesthesia was injected, that the doctor immediately wants to take action. At least there need to be a proper waiting time until the patient and doctor is sure that the material started to work. However again the same, immediate tapping on the tooth and suggesting a third one. I know very well how it goes with many anesthesia injections and it makes it more vulnerable later to recover and increases the risk of complex recovery. At first I did not want a third one but later agreed because I wanted to get rid finally from this pain during my vacation. So they injected the third one, again without proper waiting, the doctor suggested nitrous oxide, many know it as laughing gas and used generally to calm down children, not very effective for sedation actually if the injection doesn't work. Well maybe I thought okey, still it can help, but then understood that's applied in a totally different clinic which was slowly breaking my trust. They took me there, started to give me the gas, at one point I was really feeling bad, couldn't get proper breath, told them to stop, no he insisted to go further, I was about to collapse totally, begged to stop, no he was going further, I couldn't stop myself and stood up and ended. Until this point my stomach and body was at the end, so many painkillers were given (despite I have warned that it can have side risks), just to push things faster. When we arrived at the clinic back, the doctor immediately disappeared, no talk, no suggestion, just the guy at the reception was helping out (thank you for him especially). However, at that time (half an hour later, finally the numbness was felt), at that point I asked to immediately start the procedure before the numbness goes away... No again, minutes after minutes waiting, again blood pressure measure, again waiting until the doctor takes me in and the pain was again there. The inside where the pain was coming was not injected one time, only very soft ones at the other end, how this should stop the pain on the nerves on the spot? After I told the pain was there, the doctor this time suggested me that I should go Bangkok hospital next day, again another hospital suggestion instead to solve it with own expertise. I said ok, after two hours of suffering, they told me it's over I can go. There was loads of rain today in Phuket and it was already very late and traffic full. Nobody picked me up for 1,5 hours because of that chaos, clinic has closed in the meantime, everyone had gone, and I tried to find back with a much worse pain at the beginning my way home. Now I can't even use my mouth at all, everything in pain and left alone from a clinic I have trusted. But I shouldn't do that with any service in Phuket, it's my failure actually. However the conclusion is, my pain got worse, got sick from waiting under rain for 1,5 hours, problem not solved, vacation destroyed, being referred to another clinic which I have called and they told it can take time until I could get the proper treatment. That means, if you really want to come to this clinic for treating a serious issue, sadly the expertise isn't there when it's needed. Either it gets worse or you're referred at the end to somewhere else.
The doctor is very lovely and friendly. He gives very good advice on treatment. I am very impressed with the service of the doctor and the staff at the clinic. Anyone who is afraid or worried about oral care, don't worry at all. The doctor does a very good job. It has become a clinic that I visit regularly.
