Customer service via WhatsApp is quite poor, to say the least. I think I'll have to find another service because it takes hours or even days for them to respond, schedule appointments, and confirm. The initial contact with clients, regardless of the treatment one receives at the clinic from other professionals, is equally, if not more, important, and these delays unfortunately only generate…
