I am extremely grateful to Mariangel, the doctor, and Jose for understanding that I come from Guanacaste and had a change of plans, and Mariangel was always willing to get me a last-minute appointment that suited my needs and time.

Good service, the dentist is an excellent person, as are his assistants and the secretary, who are also very kind and respectful.

Excellent services, Dr. Hidalgo is super professional in his work, excellent with children, I loved the way he treated my son and thanks to Dr. Hidalgo my son overcame his fear of blood tests.

They need to improve their customer service. Telephone support. Avoid making it so obvious that it doesn't matter what time you arrive, as long as you're going to pay. But if it's a free checkup, they make a thousand objections despite having time to see me. I know this because they claimed to have spent 20 minutes seeing me, and they ended up telling me they couldn't because they would have had…
