My first scaling session here was excellent and clean. I then went for root canal treatment, which took about 5 visits. The admin was always prompt and routine in following up on the schedule. The dental care with Dr. Agung was also excellent, friendly and easy to discuss with. 👍 The place is super comfortable.

We waited almost 45 minutes from the appointment without any explanation. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. We had to ask questions first, but they didn't provide detailed answers. Those who had booked well in advance were also disrespectful. The service was extremely poor and terrible. The reception staff seemed to have never received any training on how to welcome guests.
