I didn’t know how long to bite the cotton, when to remove it, or how to clean the wound. I had to search everything online. Every answer I got from him was vague. Isn’t proper aftercare the most basic thing a dentist should explain? Then came dry socket — the most painful experience I’ve ever had. I could literally see the bone in the hole. I couldn’t open my mouth for almost three weeks, couldn’t eat, and lost 6 kg. The dentist kept saying “it’s fine” until things got worse. Only later did he try a blood treatment that finally helped. Recently, I went to another clinic to remove my other wisdom tooth, and the difference was unbelievable — professional, careful, clear communication, and much cheaper. I recovered quickly and without pain. That’s when I realized how unprofessional Global Dental really was. I came back here just to write this zero-star review so you can understand how angry I am at this place. I honestly don’t understand how this place has such high ratings. Avoid this place!

At first, when the doctor said that I had to extract 3 teeth, I felt very scared, but after the doctor explained and performed the procedure, I was so surprised. I didn't think the doctor here would extract wisdom teeth so gently. The doctor told me to open my mouth to check, apply anesthesia, and only 1, 2 minutes later, I thought I hadn't finished applying anesthesia, then the doctor said the extraction was done. No pain, no discomfort. After the surgery, the staff gave me cotton to bite, iced me, instructed me to lie down and wait for 10-15 minutes, then instructed me on how to take care of my teeth at home very carefully, thoughtfully and attentively.
