my flight got delayed. They were extremely flexible. He was super accommodating of my restrictive time frame. In a matter of a few days, he was able to fit me into his already busy schedule. I got a deep cleaning, endodontic reconstruction,bridge and crown. Everyone was very professional, kind and friendly. I just can't say enought great things about the treatment I received from this team. All work being done was verbally explained and clear care instructions provided. After my dental work was finished one of his team members drove me back to the airport across the border so I could catch my flight back home. When I made it back home, I was pleasantly surprised with a call to check on me and my recovery. Not only did he provide an amazing dental service he gave me total peace of mind! First time I travel for dental work and I couldn't be happier that it was with Dr. Mauro and his team. I 100% recommend his office and services!
I have recently been getting some major dental work including implants and the staff and doctors have been amazing. They have been patient through the process with me and have been very helpful with picking me up and dropping me off at a safe spot to cross the bridge. Very bad experience. On two occasions, I had confirmed appointments and was made to wait over an hour without a clear explanation or a realistic estimated time for my appointment. I understand that delays can happen, but when it happens repeatedly, it ceases to be an unforeseen event and reflects a lack of organization and respect for patients' time. in any healthcare service, and unfortunately, they were not met here. After this experience, I will not be returning. Very poor experience. On two occasions, I had confirmed appointments and was made to wait over an hour without a clear explanation or a realistic time estimate for when I would be seen. While occasional delays can happen, when it happens repeatedly, it reflects poor organization and a lack of respect for patients' time. Punctuality and communication are basic expectations in any healthcare service, and unfortunately, they were not met here. After this experience, I will not be returning.

Dr. Mauro and his staff are super friendly and knowledgeable! The establishment has top of the line services and dental care. They have maintained their professionalism and are so supportive with my anxiety/phobia of dental clinics. I’ve never had a better experience with a dentist! Minimal pain and discomfort, excellent bedside manners, and friendly staff. I was well taken care of and the pricing is far superior to USA with better care. Highly recommend.

different options I had. He didn't rush me to make a decision. On the contrary... he recommended me to go home, to think about it. I decided to start the treatment the same day.... At my next appointment, the Dr. showed me THREE different sets of veneers. I was speechless. He smiled , "I want to make sure that you receive the perfect set and that you are satisfied!" This was more than I ever expected. I had never met a dentist whose heart is so involved in his job. Not in Germany, Mexico, or the United States. The result of my teeth are wonderful.

4 wisdom teeth extracted and the swelling lasts no more than 2 days with minimal pain and bruising. I also had an implant with no pain or complications. I was able to return to my daily tasks same day. They also make sure that you are feeling well after the services. They check in via phone call and text the day of and a few days after. 10 out of 10 in all aspects!

In Ciudad Juárez, there are many excellent dentists to choose from, just as good as Dr. Alvarez. The difference lies in the personalized care he and his staff provide. When I took my daughter, they made us feel comfortable and at ease, like family. My daughter was nervous about a cleaning and left feeling incredibly happy. Thank you, Doc!

One thing I absolutely respect about the Dr is that he provides you with the different options for your dental health, the pricing, his best recommendation, and allows you to choose what's best for you and your budget.
