appreciated her approach of taking a step-by-step approach to avoid very painful and invasive treatments, leaving them as a last resort only when absolutely necessary. This is something other specialists hadn't considered. She saw me the same day and performed urgent surgery just an hour after my appointment. I didn't experience any pain during the surgery, only minimal discomfort that could be managed with the prescribed medication afterward. She was very kind and treated me with great care and gentleness at all times. Usually, even the needles for anesthesia hurt a lot, but not with her. Dr. Gaitan and Dr. Linares took excellent care of me, transforming what can often be a traumatic experience into a pleasant one. Their personalized approach made me feel very comfortable. Since my surgery, they have been very attentive, answering all my questions and concerns about the recovery process via WhatsApp—and there have been many! This is incredibly valuable these days, especially when you can't visit the office in person until much later (I traveled for my dental surgery). I will be returning to GARONA in two months for a checkup to see the results of the dental work they performed, which included a bone graft. I am very grateful and have complete confidence in their professionalism and experience, as everything has gone well so far. I highly recommend Dr. Nayeli and the Garona team for all your dental, periodontics, and implant needs, as their ethics and professionalism are outstanding.

I went to see Dr. Nayely Gaitan with a very complex implant issue due to a previous procedure. She treated me with compassion and sensitivity, which is invaluable during moments of physical distress. Furthermore, her care was highly professional, and what surprised me most was her insightful diagnosis and the speed of her treatment; the implant crown was ready in no time. I highly recommend her!

Nayeli is an excellent dentist. She saved my tooth because they wanted to extract it, and with the tests she did, she realized it wasn't anything serious. Excellent service! I took my daughter for a dental cleaning and Dr. Nayeli was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. She explained the procedure step by step, which helped ease her anxiety. It's wonderful to have professionals with such a kind and compassionate approach!
The truth is, I don't like going to the dentist, but with her I felt super comfortable. She's super professional, she makes you feel very comfortable, her work is spectacular, I recommend her 1000%.
