The front desk have a very bad attitude on 5 Dec morning 930am, shout to all customer, and ignore all customer's question.

My appointment was at 4 PM, but I waited until 6 PM. When I went in to ask the receptionist, her attitude was terrible. She didn't even look at me and told me I had to wait for 6 more people. I asked her if I had to wait another 2 hours, or if I should just set up my tent at the entrance. She didn't even look at me and kept pressing the door open button, telling me to wait in my car.

I have no idea what's the purpose of "appointment", visit here for several times with appointment made, but you still have to wait more than one hour for every time, for the late comers they are still allowed to served them first, some more the staff are rude keep giving black face to everyone, it's cheap for true but you have to sacrifice for your time and experience.

My tooth, which I just had filled a few months ago, is cracking again 🙃🙃 And every filling is incredibly uncomfortable, plus I can still talk to other employees while they're doing it. Furthermore, if the dentist's father or someone else—I don't know—walks in while they're filling my tooth, they can talk and do it all at the same time, without even looking at my tooth, just moving their hands…

If u are the really patient people then congratulation u find the right place ! alway let customer wait 1hour and above , never make appointment on time !! They also allowed who late coming and jump into queue line. So please don’t be stupid person go to appointment, just walk in and jump in the queue line.

I hope G dental make this things seriously, I made my appointment at 11am, they asked me to wait for 45 mins , okay fine. After 45 mins they ask me to wait for another 45 mins mins. This is seriously wasting my time! And the staff Winnie , show her really bad attitude towards customer.

I'm here bcus of suggestion from friend. Their orthodontics really cheap, RM 2,500 incl upper,bottom,mold and retainer. (Installment available). This place is a ripoff, wasted my time for 6 sessions of root canal treatment just for filling and end of the day the filling came off and pretty much the 2nd son which is the taller one just wants money and keep on pushing me for a crowning. They cancelled your appointment because of too many customers.Changed to first come first serve. Didn't let you know in advance as well. Wasting my time.

I made an appointment but still had to wait for an hour or even two hours before the doctor showed up. The service was terrible.

I’ve done my root canal treatment (4 appointment 6 month ago on June. After 4 month the pain from the treatment came back. It was recommended by my friend to do the treatment here because it cheap compare to other dental. Worst experience!

Very cheap-reasonable price and the doctors are friendly. You won’t find any pretty nurse serving you but you will get a good and honest dental service that cost much less compare with other dental clinic around in Penang. Call for booking, because their schedule is very full due to their pricing.
