I really regret going to this dental. This dental don't even have a x-ray for the tooth. They really did a bad job.
It was mistake I go here. Pain increasing doctors are not professional at all. Now understand why so cheap here. Regret really

The receptionist is very rude no manners. I ask to see doctor she just ignore me and said she dont know with annoying face. She also dont register me at the counter i need to ask doctor by myself. Until I want to go to ask to pay she also said she don’t know. This work of ethics is very bad. All doctors are good except the receptionist. Please do something on this. Customer paid for your services.
It's really bad. Every time I go there, I have to wait for an hour to jump. The attitude of the front desk is bad, but the doctor is okay.
Better find other dental or else u will regret the result.
The receptionist (@Klinik Gigi G2) was very rude and unprofessional. We went to enquire about tooth implant, without any explanation, she just asked us (my mom and I) to follow her to the other dental few units away, (Klinik Pergigian G), perhaps same owner. today, must make appointment. I was shocked like why didn't the receptionist we met earlier told us so? I went back to see the receptionist earlier to clarify, and might as well make an appointment, but she ignored us and was clearly making annoying facial expression and spoke in chinese to her colleague (both the receptionist from Klinik G and G2). I noticed there's plenty of other comments about rude receptionist as well, so GET THAT FIXED ASAP pls. ugh
Done my root canal treatment here but they failed to do it. My front teeth is gonna extract due to doc unprofessional skills. It costs me need to pay more RM2400++ to extract my teeth and do crown & bridge. (Done this bridge & crown at another dental)
Tbh, I wouldn't have chosen to get my braces done here if I knew that the doctor's skills were not up to par. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for, and at 2.5k, the results have been disappointing. have reached their maximum movement. Also, the service is frustrating, with waiting times of up to an hour for every single appointment, even when scheduled in advance. Now, I've gone to a different professional dental clinic, which cost me around 5k, to fix my teeth. Unless your case is simple with just a slight crookedness, they might be able to handle it here. But if you have a moderate-difficult case like mine, it's worth considering paying more elsewhere for better results.
this is my honest review after 2+ years…i shouldn’t do my braces here la walawey..fine you get what you paid but cmon dude you pay for services, every time come also pay RM50-RM100 but you have to wait for 1hour-2 hours for a 10 mins services for fix braces. max ady. I’ve waited for about 45 minutes, then I go to the receptionist girl and ask why take so long then she ask me to wait for another 10 people like 40 minutes more? Hahaha this is soooo funny. This was not my first time waiting like stupid here . If I have not thinking to save my budget for last 2 years I would not come here I would rather pay RM5K++ for other professional dental clinic. I went to that G dental on Tuesday 9/05/23 regarding my wisdom tooth and braces pricing. The staff and doctor was very polite and they treated me very well. Well explanation about the braces. I have to wait two hours, then go in for two minutes and come out. What's with that? I'm late and you yell at me? I come here, and I have to wait two hours. My time isn't time, but yours is. The worst teeth cleaning that i ever experienced. She's so rude ,crude and i dont know why she's so rush. I did visit 3 different clinic to clean my teeth and this one is the worst i even bleed way too much compare to the previous experience in those 3 clinic. Failed my orthodontist treatment here. Have been wearing my braces for almost 4 years but the gap between my teeth is not closing and my gums were very swollen. I have switched to another famous orthodontic in penang. So everyone please think twice before doing their braces here. Please seek for professional outside instead of coming to here.

The wait time of approximately half an hour up to an hour or so is to be expected for the amount of people coming in for their prices. So, I don't mind. t inclusive of crown) for a different molar root canal treatment I had, and even at that clinic, there was a 10-minute wait time, so I don't know why people are complaining. For a root canal treatment on the premolar, it was divided in 4 sessions (RM 50 + RM 50 + RM 100 + RM 100, not inclusive of crown) I settled for a filling, the crown is RM 600 which is pretty cheap. Other clinics charged me a thousand plus. They're really busy, but nothing wrong with their customer service attitudes. Doctors and receptionists were all pretty polite and friendly. I can't speak for their other services but for fillings and root canal treatments, I think they did a pretty good job, other than that my previous tooth filling was closer to a yellowish white which looks natural (for the RM 1600 treatment at a different clinic) while the filling I received here for the root canal is light greyish white (for the RM 300 paid here). Overall positive experience, will be returning in the future.
Dentists are very polite, considerate and friendly. 5 stars for their service. Young receptionist with bleached hair at counter is very rude and throws temper, shows unpleasant facial expressions & groans directly at customers' face when customers ask questions or make requests. Management please take note.
The doctors were fine, but the woman at the counter was very impatient.
This dentist is highly recommended! The prices are very reasonable, the doctors are excellent and professional, appointments don't have long wait times, and the nurses are very attentive. The price for braces is really affordable!
In summary, this dental clinic is only cheap; otherwise, it's utterly useless. The receptionist, in particular, immediately became impatient after asking a few questions, even stomping her feet to show her frustration – such childish behavior! The price is reasonable..but if you come for an appointment, make sure you are not working..because if you wait too long for your turn even after making an appointment, you have to wait 1 hour or more..I usually wait 2 hours or more..😭 …
