The orthodontic treatment at this clinic is amazing! I'm very satisfied because I had braces done elsewhere before, and my teeth weren't aligned naturally.
We were once orthodontic patients here. The orthodontist was incompetent, extracting teeth haphazardly, even perfectly fine teeth. Ugh, I don't want anyone else to go through what we did. We went to a professor at the faculty to get it fixed, and in the end, the extracted teeth were replaced with dentures. Run away if you're thinking of getting braces here! complaint with the Dental Council. Regarding your question, the orthodontist who treated us was a woman. I don't know how many orthodontists your clinic has. As for my name, it doesn't matter, because I don't have time to sue anymore. I just wanted to warn others. I don't want anyone to experience what we did. This was a case where the patient had braces once before but didn't wear a retainer, so their teeth shifted. They came to your clinic for a second round of treatment. No good orthodontist would have a patient's 4th tooth extracted, then another 5th, causing the canine tooth to hit the molar, resulting in overjet and an improper bite. I know this because I transferred from Huachiew Chalermprakiet University to study dentistry. My professor confirmed that the case was a serious occlusion problem. Don't even get me started on the aesthetics. You're still asking if I'm a real patient? You should be asking how terrible your training was for a case to be this severely problematic.

I've had braces here for 10 years. I don't plan on taking them off because the doctor gives good advice and takes good care of me. The color of my rubber bands is never the same twice.

Today I had a lower molar extracted. The dentist gave excellent advice. She was relaxed, chatted with me, and had a very gentle touch.
