My wife and I are getting braces with the Flowjac system (Minitubes) and the experience has been excellent! Dr. Lina, Dr. Paulin, Dr. Héctor, Laura, Ana, and the rest of the staff are all very kind. Excellent facilities, excellent professionals, reasonable prices, excellent location, and high-quality work... Highly recommended!

I sometimes missed appointments due to transportation issues. However, over time, I began to notice inconsistencies in my treatment: the process stalled, I saw no real progress, and at several appointments, they didn't even change the archwires, a basic and necessary step in orthodontics for any real improvement. Every time I asked about the status or progress of my treatment, I sensed discomfort from the dentist, as if he were bothered by my desire to understand my own process. I was always aware that my case required patience and time, but that doesn't mean that as a patient I don't have the right to receive clear information, proper follow-up, and a professional attitude. At my last appointment, I arrived late, and although the professional agreed to see me, the service was abrupt, rushed, and unethical. In less than two minutes, they only put ligatures on me, without a complete evaluation or any explanation about the status of my treatment. I felt rushed and without the care that a three-year process deserves. After all this time, I expected greater commitment, follow-up, communication, and respect. My experience was unsatisfactory, and I believe that customer service and human talent are everything. I hope no one else has a similar experience. There are places where support, transparency, and humane treatment are truly a priority. I'm not leaving this comment to make them look bad; I'm doing it because clients deserve respect and good treatment. There's always room for improvement. 💜
I wasted my time and money on orthodontic treatment that didn't work, and the doctor is a rude person with no interpersonal skills for dealing with customers. Improve your service.
