At Fokus Clinik I always feel at home. The staff is extremely polite and friendly, and Dr. Matel took care of my teeth treatment very efficiently and professionally, always explaining step by step what would be done, which meant I didn't have to stress at all. Mrs. Julia from the reception always greets me with a smile and patiently answers all questions.

My mother and I came to the clinic on a recommendation. My mother's severe case of periodontitis was thoroughly analyzed. They offered her a range of options, which she is very happy with. We are continuing treatment. The doctors are also excellent, and the receptionists are incredibly kind and helpful. You can feel very well cared for there. We highly recommend them!

The appointment was initially delayed by 15 minutes, then by another 5, and after that by a possible 10. During those 20 minutes, the facility was in chaos. The staff members were walking from room to room, as if they couldn't handle something... a very uncomfortable environment. I canceled the appointment due to the delay and overwhelming confusion.
