I have been looking for a professional like Dr. Olga Carna for a long time. Her attention to detail, empathy, and exceptional expertise truly deserve the highest praise. A great modern clinic where they take care of their patients. Before, I was used to the approach that the procedure would take a maximum of half an hour, there was no time for anything longer. Here it is completely different, because they really care.

Had my first appointment as a new patient and MDDr. Daniel Ferenčik was thorough, friendly and explained everything perfectly (including my many questions). Laid out all options profesionally, and nothing was rushed. All friendly staff as well, well recommended!
I started going to dentist Mrs. Trstenská and I can definitely recommend her. I appreciate her professional approach. She was very careful, explained everything to me in advance and asked me during the entire procedure if everything was okay. I also appreciate her precision – the procedure was painless and I am very satisfied with the result.

FineDent claims to be accepting new patients, but when I called them, they immediately suggested that I change my registration with my insurance company to their clinic, even before my first visit. They refused to even look at my problem without this change of registration and offered to pay me 1950 CZK for the first visit. However, there is no mention of this amount in their price list. It…

Dr. Mišková is incredibly patient, caring, and helpful. Overall, Finedent has a great approach that other practices could follow.
I went to Finedent once for a dental cleaning. The doctor, a young woman, was polite and pleasant, but she did a poor job of the procedure. There was a lot of blood, and the next day it cleared up, revealing a small amount of tartar remaining on one tooth. I went back to have it removed, but the doctor said it was a filling. a filling before. I ended up getting a dental cleaning done six months later at a different place, and they confirmed it wasn't a filling at all, but tartar, and they removed it. I also didn't like the girl at reception; she was very arrogant and unfriendly.
Whether it's first thing in the morning for the earliest appointment or late at 8 in the evening, MDDr. Lívia Mišková has the patience and kindness that I only achieve after three coffees, two desserts and 8 hours of sleep. years ago, but as long as it exists, I will go here. And I currently commute here from all over the country and sometimes from abroad.
The best dental office I have ever known as a healthcare professional. Amazing staff, everywhere clean, everyone is pleasant....I feel at home there. Dental hygienist Přibylová is a complete angel - smiling, pleasant, does her job absolutely perfectly (the teeth are like new). Thank you for your care and I look forward to my next visit.
I enjoyed my consultation with the dentist. I knew the history of my tooth and crown very well, and the dentist explained it all based on the images and gave me helpful recommendations, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. with this dental clinic. They'll charge you 1,650 CZK for the consultation if you're not registered. Even if you ask about the price beforehand over the phone or in a text message and are told that the insurance will cover everything (as I did), even if they give you a form to fill out at the entrance and ask for your insurance, insist on registering yourself, as no one will warn you that without registration you'll still pay even if you have insurance. This isn't mentioned on the website or in the conversation. The administration's only response to my indignation was that I supposedly refused registration myself. They said the administrator isn't required to speak Ukrainian or Russian... But we spoke English at the reception, and even a first-grader probably knows the phrase "whether you want to register or not." Secondly, I'll repeat that I learned the cost of the consultation in advance via correspondence, and it's more than cunning to omit this condition. So, that's the story, a note for foreigners.
I highly recommend FineDent and specifically Ms. MDDr. Eva Brodská and her medical assistant Valérie Jilečková. Thank you very much for your meticulous work. The tooth repair was done very quickly, precisely, painlessly and the result is perfect. Thank you for making me feel comfortable in your office and for doing your work with quality and love. I will look forward to my next visit.
Dental hygienist Alena Přibylová is great. With her approach, she completely eliminated my "dislike" for dentists and related fields. On the contrary, I look forward to my next visit and I'm almost sorry that it won't be until half a year later! :)
I never thought I would ever write a review, and this positive, about orthodontics. :) Today I had a dental hygienist appointment and the dentist, or rather a lady, was very pleasant and professional. She explained every step in advance how it would go, and she consulted with me about any dental problems she found. Sensitive, kind and professional approach without pain. :)
