I was just planning to move from FDC Jakarta to FDC Surabaya. But the doctor redirected me to many of the treatments I initially wanted, just for braces checkups, wire replacement, and braces glue. They paid for the third tooth, even though I'd only had two braces removed. I wasn't satisfied. Thanks.

The admin fees are expensive, so I'll think twice about getting treatment here again! I've had treatments at other clinics without any admin fees at all. The system is very complicated.
