k or looking for a dentist in Tirana/Albania, this is the experience I had at this practice at the end of April 2026: Unsafe, Unsupervised Treatment: Their equipment constantly stalled mid-treatment. Worse, my teeth whitening was handed off to an unsupervised trainee who clearly had not done this before and needed instructions (which she didn't get). The treatment itself left me with zero results. No qualified dentist checked her work at any point. Public Humiliation & Bullying: When I tried to calmly express my disappointment to the receptionist, the lead dentist and staff rushed over and ganged up on me, outright arguing with and gaslighting me in front of the entire clinic. Extortion (Holding Treatment Hostage): I had already paid upfront for my zirconia crown. Because I questioned the botched whitening service, the lead dentist literally held my crown hostage. She gave me an ultimatum in front of the waiting room: verbatim, pay right now for the bad whitening session (at a massively inflated price), or she would refuse to fit my crown. I was publicly humiliated and forced to pay just to receive the tooth I had already settled the bill for. This practice no longer cares about patients—they only care about money. Foreign patients and diaspora coming back home seem to be targeted and extorted. This is the first bad review I've ever written, but I feel almost obligated to share my experience as I am still bewildered by the indecency I experienced here.
