I wholeheartedly recommend Falkowski Dental Clinic to anyone considering Invisalign treatment. I rate my experience with the aligners very highly – primarily due to the extremely thorough approach of the doctors and the professional advice provided at every stage. The aligner treatment went very well – I'm pleased with the results; everything was done professionally and flawlessly. The only downside is that I was occasionally told that a few teeth needed additional treatment, even though my dentist at another clinic insisted everything was fine.

I highly recommend treatment with aligners at this clinic. The entire treatment process, including removal of the attachments and hygiene, was completely painless. it says, "I highly recommend Falkowski Dental Clinic." The offices are nice, like any major dentist in Warsaw. Some of the doctors are very nice. One doctor is really cool. There's no contract for any services. Especially orthodontic services, which cost 14,000-20,000 złoty. They hand you a piece of paper with the word "contract," but it doesn't specify who is contracting with whom. This piece of paper states that no one guarantees anything. It doesn't say what the "scope of the contract" is, what the services are, who the parties to the contract are, what the notice period is, what the fee is for services, etc. I'm almost embarrassed to ask such obvious things. The lack of basic formalities means people are being fooled. And that's how this business works. Falkowski deliberately set it up this way so he doesn't bear any written responsibility. There are mixed opinions on Facebook. Some are disappointed, others are not. During orthodontic treatment, the doctor (who has completed a course, not a university degree and doesn't specialize) is there for about three minutes, then someone else comes in and talks to you, and the doctor goes away and never returns. It's completely unclear why the doctor isn't present for the entire orthodontic appointment, even though you have an appointment with him and not with other people. I can understand the assistant coming to change the attachments. You see the doctor four times a year for three minutes, so 12 minutes a year. That's average. You wait twice as long for aligners as at other offices. The package price is lower than in other offices in the city.

Doctors always bear full responsibility for their treatment, in accordance with applicable law, not a "contract." Each patient receives as much time with the doctor as they need. We maintain the highest standards of care and efficiency. Please refrain from further slander and the spread of false information on various platforms.

Supposedly a professional salon, but the receptionist says you need to schedule a consultation first because not every doctor will treat someone else. So only easy cases.
