My experience was excellent, Dr. Albert was very kind, and the reception was excellent.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to be seen due to lack of parking, so a suggestion for anyone going is to take an Uber, as it's very difficult to find a parking spot.

Dr. Albert is great, attentive to his patients, they don't try to push procedures on you, simply the best clinic for Hapvida plan patients.

know how she treats children) and confirmed I needed a root canal. I scheduled an appointment with the endodontist (Dr. Vitor) for 20 days later, since he only sees patients on Wednesdays. On the scheduled day, I arrived early and there was only one person ahead of me. Then came the embarrassing situation: a pretentious woman arrived, and to top it off, she had the flu (she couldn't be seen), and she cut in front of me. I couldn't stand it and asked in a louder tone, so the secretary Danielly could hear: "Is she a priority? She doesn't look 60 years old." She awkwardly replied that she has a visual impairment (she could see very well) and I shook my head negatively, saying, "I know." When she left, Dr. Vitor immediately took her to Dr. Albino Albert, that is, to have the root canal closed. During my appointment, Vitor was polite in his treatment, but extremely rude in the procedure. He barely administered the anesthesia and didn't even wait for it to take effect, leaving me almost breathless in a hurry. (I became suspicious and already had an X-ray done to confirm if he did it correctly). I believe he didn't like that I exposed him in front of everyone for letting a private patient go ahead of me with a double procedure: for the root canal and the general practitioner (the owner himself). Result: to close my root canal, another 20 days of waiting with Dr. Karolinny, while with Mrs. Pedante, it was done immediately. That day, I also took my daughter, and we were seen relatively quickly, but it was too good to be true. She was very friendly, cleaned my daughter's root canal, and when it was my turn, she closed the canal. When I asked for a cleaning, she said that the cleaning counts as 2 fillings, and she didn't do it. I confirmed with the receptionist and to my surprise, there would only be an opening almost a month later. Conclusion: it's an elitist clinic, located one block from the exit of Shopping Recife, and they prioritize private procedures, like most clinics, but if you work with health insurance, at least set aside days or times to avoid an awkward atmosphere, and it's bad to instruct your dentists and secretary to lie and make up excuses to cut in line, just as I know that if you do one cleaning or one filling per patient, we will lose a lot of time and unnecessary bureaucracy, but you will always have patients in your office. Maybe that's your long-term vision, but to me, the vision is very narrow. I don't know, but you need to review your planning, logistics, and behavior towards patients. You lost 3 patients. I always say that a satisfied customer recommends and returns, while a dissatisfied customer doesn't come back and doesn't recommend twice as much.
The service was awful, the receptionist was completely unprepared, he was on his cell phone the whole time, and when I left and called back to ask for a statement, he didn't answer anymore. So, a total lack of commitment, I will never go to that clinic again in my life.

I received excellent service from the receptionists and from dentist Albert. He performed the cleaning procedure masterfully. He was very attentive. The wait was short. I will definitely return many more times. I hope he remains on the plan for a long time.
