I am writing to evaluate the implant treatment I received from Dr. Darwin. He is an excellent professional, very competent, and very confident in what he does. He has a very effective protocol. I have already had two implants and am in the process of having two more implants; surgery and recovery were pain-free and infection-free. I give Dr. Darwin a 10 out of 10.

I arrived at 12:15 and left at 14:30. The evaluation process was slow, probably because it was lunchtime. The evaluation was clear and they didn't charge anything; they explicitly stated the costs of the procedures to be performed, but I chose the best option for the moment. They're lovely people, the price is a bit steep for restorations etc., but I received excellent service so it's worth my money. The WhatsApp service is great too.

Eydental is a clinic with excellent professionals from the entrance to the service, excellent dentists, super polite and friendly. You should improve your customer service. People wait over an hour for an evaluation, then another hour to be called back, and so on. It's a great clinic, but unfortunately it can't handle the number of clients who are waiting.

The in-person service is excellent, but the WhatsApp service is terrible. You spend the whole day struggling to talk to someone, and when you finally manage to, it takes forever to reply. This has been going on for two months straight!

My appointments are very good and fast. I thought the treatment time was long. We removed the retainer today and are continuing treatment with one. I'm continuing treatment for my teeth because I feel confident in the service!
