I was a regular Eurodent customer. Unfortunately, after today's visit, I feel cheated. After my dental hygiene session, I mentioned that I wanted to whiten my teeth. knew. My teeth weren't examined (they didn't even look into my mouth), except for showing me the color of my teeth on a color chart – the visit was essentially pointless. I paid 225 PLN for it (a 25% discount for regular customers)! This amount isn't deducted from the whitening, which I scheduled immediately. I was simply duped into a "necessary appointment" before the whitening. I'm disgusted by the whole situation and, unfortunately, I won't be using Eurodent's services again. The only positive is that the lady at the front desk is very nice.

Dear Madam, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you felt this way, although we believe there was a misunderstanding, which we will try to clarify. The results of the consultation are not only for the patient. They are information for the doctor responsible for the treatment process, or in this case, whitening. Our clinic's lack of oral health checkup records does not allow for the consultation/examination to be omitted. A consultation is necessary, and information for you in this case is secondary. The doctor must obtain information on whether the procedure can be performed. Damaged enamel, untreated teeth, or gingivitis can be an obstacle to such a procedure, and in such cases, the doctor will recommend treatment before whitening. Whitening requires the use of agents that could worsen the inflammation or cause significant pain. If you have learned that your teeth are healthy, you may consider this consultation unnecessary, but the doctor considered it necessary. Otherwise, he or she would refuse to perform the procedure. I'd like to sincerely thank the entire clinic team, especially Dr. Szybist, for their professionalism, empathy, and tremendous support during the surgery. I was apprehensive about the visit, but thanks to their calm approach and thorough explanation of each step, I felt safe and cared for. Very friendly service – both at the front desk and from the hygienist (I've only used this service so far). I received a complimentary loyalty card, which gives me discounts on various services. I've been using Eurodent's services since I was a child, coming there with my mother when the office was located in Biskupi Square. Now I come there with my family. Over the years, the service has remained top-notch. It's nice to see the same lady at the front desk as I did as a child, and I'll probably still be there when I'm a grandparent.

Thank you for your honest review. We'll briefly explain the delays, although, of course, as clinic managers, we'd also like to avoid such situations. Sometimes, unfortunately, it turns out that the time required to complete a medical procedure is longer than the standard for a given type of service. It would be disrespectful to invite a patient for another appointment if the dentist's work takes, for example, 20 minutes to complete. This affects other patients. We understand your concern, but we're a bit caught between a rock and a hard place. We'll try to improve :) Best regards!

Unfortunately, this won't be a positive review, even though I've been a patient at Eurodent for several years. So far, I've never had any complaints. The doctor's manners, as a root canal specialist, leave much to be desired! The clinic is staffed exclusively by professionals. The receptionist is very friendly, the equipment is modern, and the waiting room is cozy. The level of dental services is high.
