From the girls (always helpful and able to assist us), who take care of all the administrative aspects, to the dentists. Excellent clinic, where we were well attended to. I took my son who had broken a tooth and they promptly went out of their way to treat him. Despite not having pediatric care, Dr. Ana was a 10 out of 10!!

Disappointed with the Clinic, I started my treatment in April 2021, 3 implants, the first one being done with a graft and because it was a tooth next to the other I would have to wait 8 months for bone to form before doing the implants, so far so good, for these two implants I returned on 04/27/22 for molding. being too far away from the other teeth, causing me discomfort, the reason for food getting stuck, especially meat, and causing the gum to recede. So I requested another crown which has not arrived to this day, they have scheduled and rescheduled my visit there I don't know how many times, I even lost count, PATRICIA sent me a message on March 24th saying that she would see if the piece arrived and give me an update, I'm still waiting 😔 Yesterday I went to the clinic and asked if everything was ok for 04/14/22 and to my surprise they said yes everything is fine, (my goodness I went in person and they confirmed saying everything is correct). People, I had just left the clinic, I was still on the sidewalk when the woman called me: "Mrs. Adailma, I'm calling because Patricia asked me to confirm your presence on April 14th at 3 pm." That's when I explained that I had just left there, that everything was indeed set for the 14th, and the response was yes, everything was fine. And to my sadness and indignation, I received a message today saying that they couldn't reach me by phone and that's why they sent a message canceling, saying that the lab didn't deliver. What? How can you confirm in person and 2 minutes later also by phone, and the next day say that the lab didn't deliver? People, I've been waiting for more than 60 days. CONCLUSION: LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CLIENT, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM... All of us who are experiencing this problem should get together and demand our rights.

From the start, I thought it was an excellent clinic, with little bureaucracy to carry out the procedure and seemingly very qualified professionals. the crowns became very loose, and I felt unbearable pain. I went back to the clinic, and Dr. Rômulo told me that the implant had not fully osseointegrated and had fallen out, so he removed it. I had to wait for it to heal to redo the implant. Despite all this, they didn't even take an X-ray. I returned after 6 months to redo the implant, and that's when they took an X-ray. Even though I'm not in the field, I noticed on the x-ray that the screw appeared to have been implanted crooked, since on one side there was plenty of bone and on the other side a hole marking the screw entry very close to the root of the other tooth (I asked for this x-ray several times and they didn't send it to me). On that same day, the other doctor ( The blond one, whose name I don't remember) tried to perform the implant again, but was unsuccessful. Finally, he performed a procedure to remove the connective tissue from the hole left by the screw and to allow the bone to regenerate. I suffered for more than three days with pain and my whole face was very swollen after he did this, it even turned purple (I have the photos). I had to wait another three months to see if the bone would regenerate, I went back after that and it hadn't regenerated, and he scheduled a bone graft because he himself concluded that there wasn't enough bone left to implant the screw. During this waiting period, they placed a temporary crown to avoid leaving the tooth space empty, because I had already been complaining to the clinic about everything that was happening and I still didn't have the implant. I went back and the graft was performed, for which they removed the temporary crown that caused great sensitivity in one of the teeth where it was glued. I am still waiting for the day to have this implant done for the fourth time, which will be on the 28th of this month (April), but I'm already fed up with this clinic. This is because 1 year and 9 months have passed since the first implant that didn't work, I paid for this procedure, I've already undergone several surgeries that only caused me pain and problems, and I still have the space of my tooth empty. I waited all this time patiently because at least they were trying to fix the mistake and I just want my implant in place, but when I think about all this, I get a strong urge to sue for moral damages, for everything I've been going through and for knowing that it was due to an error by the implantologist.

Excellent....I just had my wisdom tooth extracted, a root removed, and a post implanted in its place, zero pain. The entire procedure was done by Dr. Rômulo, who was always calm. I will be back soon, thank you to the whole team, a thousand stars.

Today was my first appointment, I loved it so much. I want to thank all the professionals for their dedication, warmth, and care.
