Good afternoon! Excellent service, the girls were very friendly, I loved it.
My experience was incredible, I've never been treated so well as I was by the receptionists; they are extremely polite and friendly. I highly recommend the clinic.

options, to get a semi-fixed prosthesis or a fixed one, of course I chose the semi-fixed one because it was cheaper, they facilitated the payment method, I would have to pay a down payment and 19 installments. Without any means, I prayed to God and asked for help... Where to get the down payment?? My mother had the brilliant idea of doing a crowdfunding campaign. We got the down payment, now it was just a matter of going to the consultation with the surgeon. He asked me for tests to see how my glucose was and told me about the two options I had and that he would advise getting the fixed one, because it could be more durable. I asked how much more it would cost since I had already agreed on the semi-fixed one, and he told me about 4,000 more, but he had talked to the owner of the clinic and they knew about the crowdfunding campaign and that they had decided to put in a fixed prosthesis for the amount I had already agreed on. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry, hehehe. I had the glucose test and it was elevated, time to go on a diet (zero sweets), take medication to lower it faster, and phew, days later everything was fine. Time for surgery, it was more than 3 hours of surgery, but I was watching pagode music and laughing a lot (under anesthesia, hehehe). A week later I already had my teeth and was all smiles. I apologize to everyone for the long text, but I had to tell everyone and thank you... I thank God for hearing my prayer, thank you! I thank everyone who in some way helped with the crowdfunding campaign, thank you! And I thank everyone at the Espaço Odonto Prime clinic for their affection, attention, and care towards me. I don't recommend it! A job was done, later redone, but it still didn't last...

My experience has been terrible. I started a root canal treatment on my 16th molar. The dentist began the procedure but didn't finish. He said a special tool was needed to reach the third canal and scheduled an appointment at IEOM. I was fine, without pain, and the problem only arose after the procedure at IEOM. They requested a CT scan, and I explained that I couldn't afford it at the moment…

Response from the owner Edited 5 years ago[Updated on 01/30/2021] - Case successfully resolved. The patient underwent a CT scan, as requested, and as expected within the clinical possibilities, it was a 4th canal (where normally there are 3 canals), which was treated, restored, and the clinical picture was successfully concluded. Hello Vinicius!! As we explained to you, today, November 17, 2020, your treatment required access to one of the canals using a microscope for proper access and treatment. Your procedure was clinically OK. However, since you came back to us a week later reporting pain, we performed new clinical examinations and did not identify any apparent anomaly in the treatment... therefore, and - based on your report, we requested a CT scan, a complementary examination, so that we can investigate and make a correct diagnosis of what may be occurring and treat the possible problem. We have listed some possibilities that can only be confirmed or ruled out by performing the requested examination, such as: a) A possible 4th canal (Normally a molar has 3 canals); b) Pain as a result of the sinusitis treatment you reported undergoing. We will NEVER leave you helpless or advise you to "seek your rights"! The recommendation is that you have the indicated examination done as soon as possible so that we can propose the best treatment and eradication of the pain. We are fully at your disposal to help you have better oral health and it is essential that you have the examination done!! We await you so that we can identify the cause of the discomfort and treat it in the best possible way. Best regards!
