DO NOT be fooled by the comments here. I went and they told me that my 4 front teeth needed to be extracted. I was not sure and asked the receptionist at the entrance. I was shocked. Later, when I went to other doctors and hospitals, they said that extraction and filling would be enough and that is what happened.
