Dr. Sarnecki performed a root canal treatment for me under a microscope. He explained everything during the procedure and also outlined all the steps and costs before the treatment began. He performs the treatment with incredible precision and dedication. I highly recommend him!

I went, attracted by its proximity to my home. Admittedly, I was a little late, about 15 minutes. I arrived because my filling had fallen out after several years. to start on the tooth I'd brought in with, but she could extract the remnant of my long-lost lower tooth. She administered an anesthetic and gently removed a small piece of the root with tweezers. The less than an hour I spent there cost me 610 złoty. And I still left with a hole in my tooth. I went back to my previous dentist; I advise avoiding them.

During the first visit, the doctor informs the patient about the treatment plan and costs. The patient always has the option to agree to this plan or not. As you yourself wrote, during the visit, the doctor presented you with the treatment plan and costs, and you agreed to the procedure, knowing the cost. It is very important to us that every patient is seen at their scheduled time. The doctor could not begin root canal treatment on you because he would not have been able to complete it within the scheduled time for your appointment, which was shortened due to your delay. aforementioned ladies, as well as the completely painless administration of anesthesia, allows me to completely forget that I'm in the middle of a procedure I previously associated with unpleasant memories. At the beginning of the appointment, a complete review and a plan of action were established, along with a prioritization by the doctor. During the procedure, I was treated to a visual presentation (I happened to see a documentary about polar bears), and the only distraction was the smiles of the women performing the procedure – zero pain! Before the procedure, I was informed that if we had enough time, we would treat two teeth – which I was hoping for. The procedure went so smoothly that I was convinced we simply wouldn't have time to do the second one today, but then I received the news that both teeth had been taken care of! Afterward, Dr. Magdalena also showed me the photographic documentation of the procedure, including before and after photos of the teeth – it's great to see such a glow up! I also have to mention that the stress balls I asked Ms. Ola for when I sat down in the chair weren't even squeezed once… The EndoDentist clinic and, of course, Dr. Magdalena are the discovery of the decade for me! I recommend them to anyone who wants to go to the dentist happy and leave equally happy.

Two stars only because the dentist who applied the dressing was very professional and professional. I came to you with tooth number 5 requiring root canal treatment. My previous dressing had fallen out, causing pain. I contacted EndoDentis to have it done. When I called, I was told the cost of root canal treatment was around 900 PLN – I said okay. After I placed the dressing, on my way out, I was approached by a different receptionist (who was the same as before) who said that this is the only version of restoration available at their office. I thought okay, if it's done properly, I'll pay. I asked about the total cost and was told that the tooth with two canals would cost 1600 PLN. I also called a few days later to inquire about the price and confirm the cost – and I got the same answer. Today, when I came for treatment (a different doctor – I was assured that the doctor who applied the dressing would be treating me – I also asked about this during the appointment), the cost was 2,000. I could accept that, but not when I found out almost during the appointment… It's very unprofessional that no one informed me about the discrepancy in treatment costs beforehand, and that I'm finding out about it within seconds. I canceled the treatment and will be taking it to another clinic, but a bad taste in my mouth remains. The two times I've been to the clinic, I've only seen one patient – now I understand why there's such low interest in your services.

One of our main priorities is price transparency for patients and clear and open communication regarding the treatment plan. The situation you experienced is unacceptable and should not have occurred. We would like to clarify that the cost of root canal treatment depends on several factors, and for this reason, the reception desk is unable to provide a final and binding price for such a procedure. The final treatment plan and price are provided by the doctor after a consultation, which includes an examination, medical history, and photographic documentation. The final price depends on several factors: the number of canals in the treated tooth, whether it is primary or secondary treatment, and the complexity of the treatment – whether recovery is possible in one or several visits. Removal of a previously broken instrument or post may incur additional costs. Regarding reconstruction, the standard procedure in our office is a glass post reconstruction, as based on many years of experience, we believe it is the best. I highly recommend EndoDentist. Dr. Sarnecki performed two implants for me. Fantastic results. He was always prepared, thoughtful, professional, calm, and always smiling. Simply a professional. they told me that they can't dig into my tooth's canal and even found a wrong way destroying a bit my tooth. After that they told me it is impossible to treat my canal and they propose to extract the tooth and put implant and crown. On top of that, I had to leave to London and didn't have much time, I was very disappointed. Luckily, I tried to give it another chance and came to EndoDentist to Magdalena Zawada. She was very professional and did everything in a single appointment. She used microscope and fixed all the problems I had and I'm not losing my tooth now. I'm happy, highly recommend!

Basically, they just wasted my time. I had wisdom tooth pain, during first appointment they made full checkup and promised to call me back and schedule appointment with surgeon. Week passed, no call. I called them and what they suggested is going to another clinic with my problem. Also they messaged me surgeon name but how I had to search for him not knowing his tel number and name of the clinic.
I wholeheartedly recommend this office to everyone. Dr. Magdalena Zawada is a wonderful woman, kind, smiling, and above all, professional, just like the assistants :) You leave Dr. Magda feeling rested and with a smile on your face :)
