I went to the ENDODENTAL clinic in Tirana in November for major work. They placed 10 implants in both arches, followed by a fixed temporary restoration. I returned in March for the permanent ones. I'm very satisfied with the work done and happy with my new teeth. I recommend this experience to everyone.
