The so-called “professors” seemed inexperienced in dental implant procedures and displayed a very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude toward patients. When I arrived, I discovered that Valentina had suddenly traveled to Ukraine and never contacted me again. She simply disappeared — which I found very strange and unprofessional. She then sent another person named Yuri to assist me, but he never showed up for my consultation. Instead, he sent his own assistant, Daria, whom I had never met before. It became confusing and chaotic — every assistant seemed to have their own assistant, and no one appeared to know what they were doing. Even the total cost of my dental treatment was unclear, which made me lose confidence in the entire process. The hotel arrangement was another disappointment. I was told I’d stay in a comfortable room for $30 per night with breakfast included. Upon arrival, the rate was suddenly $50 per night without breakfast, and the hotel itself was inconvenient — located on the top floor of a residential building with no elevator, making it very difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs. To make matters worse, after I expressed my dissatisfaction, the clinic’s WhatsApp owner blocked me on all platforms, which shows a complete lack of professionalism and transparency. 💬 Final Thoughts: This clinic turned out to be disorganized, misleading, and untrustworthy. I lost money, time, and peace of mind. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone considering dental treatment abroad. Please, do thorough research and choose a truly reputable clinic. There are far better and more reliable options in countries like Colombia or Mexico, especially for U.S. patients.

Hello Jeremy, we have reviewed your complaint and conducted an internal investigation. Your case: You have installed different types of implants in different countries around the world. They needed to undergo orthopedics and complete the "Hollywood Smile" project. The work is very difficult, since many different doctors worked on your teeth and each had their own approach and the implants were of different brands and in different orders. Many doctors do not even take on such cases. Where you started - there you finish. Not only did we take on your difficult work, we provided our best orthopedist, Professor Zurab Gersamiy. For reasons unknown to us, you laughed at him, ridiculing the fact that low-profile doctors work in our clinic and each one also has an assistant. You made several reservations at our hotel - for September and for June. Then you called and told us that you were flying urgently. Unfortunately, our clinic is booked 4 months in advance and we offered to accommodate you in a nearby hotel, where by agreement the hotel provides "special" prices for our patients $40 without breakfast. $30 per day is a discounted rate only in our hotel, we cannot influence the pricing policy of other hotels. For $30 per day also with breakfast, now you can only rent a hostel. All prices are well checked on booking.com. We offered you accommodation in the Grand View Hotel and offered to deduct 2 free days as a discount from your treatment plan. And this was agreed with you in advance. Considering that Valentina went on vacation, you were provided with another manager, Daria, and she accompanied you at all stages. Moreover, you and Valentina were in touch all the time, on all issues. You told her that due to family circumstances you will not continue treatment in our clinic, called everyone names, humiliated them, for this you were blocked. We wish you to finally find a clinic that will finish your difficult work. Judging by your reviews, each clinic was a horror and a nightmare.
