I always felt completely comfortable and in good hands. I also want to give a shoutout to the assistants, whose names I unfortunately don't know, but they were just as wonderful at every visit. Attention everyone! I had a teeth cleaning scheduled for 1200-1800 Baht according to the price list. After the cleaning, I received a bill for 2800 Baht! When I inquired why the agreed price had been exceeded, I received vague and uncertain answers, claiming that additional services had been agreed upon but never took place. Unprofessional business practices.

At our clinic, we do not charge any additional fees such as sterilization or service fees, as part of our transparency policy. Normally, we also explain and confirm treatment details and costs prior to proceeding. However, we sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding, especially if there may have been any miscommunication, as our team primarily communicates in English. I was supposed to have my teeth cleaned but unfortunately I was not satisfied, 24 minutes when I normally go to a dental hygienist in Europe who does 2 hours divided into two times. I will not do this again in Thailand. Also, they used a drill not ultrasound. Now I have to go to my dental hygienist at home twice. Well, not professional at all. The staff was very friendly.
