Clean and modernly equipped clinic with a very polite and attentive team towards the patient. I have used the services of Dr. Kaloyan Stoychev and Dr. Desislava Petrova, with whom I am very satisfied. I am a returning customer travelling all the way from Copenhagen to get first class dental care. Dr. Konstantin Stoychev communicates perfectly in English. I used the services of this clinic for braces. Everything went well, I was taken care of by the whole team. Towards the end of the treatment I went abroad, but the dentists were very flexible and I sent them photos so they could see how things were going. I recommend this clinic!

Unprofessional and rude attitude. After arranging with a doctor from the clinic to provide him with a photo, which he said I needed to send, I only received ignoring from the receptionists, who did not pick up my phone calls, and first left my Viber messages read and unanswered, and then stopped looking at what I wrote.
I am extremely satisfied! They work very carefully and with understanding.

I would rate the service as a waste of money. Incompetence and insecurity - that's what I encountered there. I visited the office and in particular Dr. Konstantin Stoychev on Saturday as an emergency. I was in severe pain and had a crown removed deep down. We also looked at the schedule and our documentation and we do not have a patient with your name. Please check carefully which clinic you went to and what is the name of the doctor who treated you. I've had a pain and a swelling at the apex of a tooth, but no pain in the tooth itself. a correct assumption about that the tooth is dead already and that it is either a granuloma or a cyst. He was talking very confidently and it felt that it was all based on his experience. (He even showed couple of similar cured cases). The treatment itself lasted for about 2 months (because no infection vanishes in 1 hour and the tissues must heal themselves) The treatment included multiple visits, but it's only because the doctor takes the case with all the responsibility and makes sure that everything is going perfect. Every visit was painless and informative and I was completely satisfied. In the end of the treatment Dr. Stoychev took another X-ray to make sure that the inflammation is gone and filled the tooth for good. Now it feels perfect. I've been to numerous clinics in Sofia and from my experience the prices here are the most reasonable from all, especially when you take into account the expertise level of Dr. Stoychev :)

d that after root canal treatment I also have to do surgery and shorten the ends of the roots of my teeth (which obviously could cause a lot of problems in the future). I was already desperate, but I really felt that it wasn't necessary to cure the neighbor teeth, because all the time I had pain only in this one tooth. I called this clinic on Friday evening and sent them the x-ray, and the doctor - Kaloyan Stoychev called back on Saturday. Explained everything in plain words - that he thinks the problem is in only one tooth, that we can start treating this tooth first, and then check the vitality of other teeth. In the end - it's been already 3 or more months since we're treating this one tooth and it got so much better. The two neighbor teeth are vital and it was no need to treat them too. I really like the people's attitude in this clinic. Everyone is super friendly and you feel the atmosphere is that everyone's really trying to help you.
