Don't waste your time and money on poor-quality, unprofessional invisible braces! I had a very negative experience with invisible braces at this clinic. I was in treatment for 10 months with Harmony Dent aligners—a copy of Invisalign—without seeing practically any change. The only thing I achieved was to destabilize my bite, which had previously been balanced. I paused treatment when I only had 4 aligners left (2 on top and 2 on the bottom) because I felt something wasn't right. An external orthodontist later confirmed that it wasn't possible to correct my problems with those aligners and that I had to start from scratch. From the beginning, they sold me on Harmony Dent as a "better than Invisalign" option and assured me that I would be in the hands of professionals. But at each appointment, the doctor barely spent any time with me, and I never felt she had a clear understanding of the movements I was achieving or what still needed to be done. The explanations kept changing: that the aligners weren't suitable for certain movements, that I needed larger attachments… And finally, that I needed to file down my teeth more, without achieving any real results. None of that solved the problem. The most frustrating thing was that when they noticed my dissatisfaction, they offered me a “solution”: pay an additional one million pesos to continue with a hybrid between invisible orthodontics and traditional braces. I was furious that they only reacted when I expressed my displeasure. I don't know what they planned to tell me after I paid: that it was fine now? That I needed to pay even more? It was a completely disrespectful proposal. This treatment cost me around $6,900,000, not including x-rays. The total would have been around $8,000,000. For $11,000,000, Invisalign offered me lab support, new aligners if the desired result wasn't achieved, and a clear plan. Here, on the other hand, there was neither professional follow-up nor results. I held Invisalign and Harmony Dent aligners in my hands, and there's no comparison. Harmony's aligners are uncomfortable, interfere with your daily life, and don't deliver on their promises. For me, it was a rip-off. Even the dental cleanings were disappointing: Dr. Rossana did them in 20 minutes and roughly. The staff may be friendly, but the results are substandard. Now I'm going for traditional braces. I wasted money, time, and lost faith in invisible treatments. My recommendation is that if you're already going through this process, get a second opinion. Stopping the treatment was the best thing I did. Everyone will draw their own conclusions, but in my case, this whole process was a huge disappointment. I don't recommend this practice. Updated 02/08/2025 Please don't trust this "professional." She tried to blame me for stopping treatment when there were only two appointments left, ignoring the numerous mistakes she made during the process. They talk about transparency, but they didn't even know how many plates I was missing or why certain movements weren't working. They promised to correct my crossbite with invisible aligners, and I ended up with makeshift braces. It's a joke. They put enormous attachments on me, said my case was "easy," and then said it was "very difficult" for the aligners. That's neither professionalism nor transparency. The worst part is that they're trying to justify the poor result by blaming me for seeking a second opinion, which, by the way, confirmed my suspicions. All they care about here is your money, not solving your problem. I publicly challenge Dr. Roxanna to upload before-and-after photos of my treatment so potential clients can judge for themselves. But they won't, because they know my bite is worse now. They should be ashamed of themselves for not admitting their mistakes.

My experience with Harmony Smile invisible aligner treatment at this clinic has been excellent.
