I’m really disappointed with my experience at this dental clinic. I went in for a smile design expecting an improvement, but unfortunately I ended up with a bad bite that I didn’t have before the treatment. e level of care and resolution I was hoping for after raising my concerns. Cosmetic dentistry should never compromise function, and this has been a stressful and frustrating experience. I hope the clinic takes feedback seriously and improves both their planning and aftercare for future patients.
Terrible experience. This clinic only cares about money, not the patient's well-being. I had a "smile makeover" that turned out to be a complete disaster: poorly done, unaesthetic, careless, and lacking professional responsibility. . You go there trusting healthcare professionals and end up feeling scammed. Zero ethics, zero commitment, and zero empathy for the patient. I do not recommend them under any circumstances. There are much more reputable and honest clinics. Terrible experience. This clinic only cares about money, not about their patients. I went in for a "smile makeover" and the result was a complete disaster: poorly done, unaesthetic, careless, and lacking professional responsibility. On top of that, they still owe me 7 million pesos and refuse to take responsibility. No clear answers, no seriousness, only excuses and delays. You go there trusting healthcare professionals and end up feeling scammed. Zero empathy, zero commitment, and zero for patients. I do not recommend this clinic under any circumstances.
