We were very pleased and grateful for the service provided and also for how we were received by Dr. Izabele Sizo and Dr. Yasmim. Dr. Izabele is an excellent professional and very attentive during consultations.
I went to Dr. Isabele's office at 8 pm and we were treated very well. Good service and very affordable, fair price. My mother had a lot of tooth pain, it was an overloaded tooth that was already decayed and it was supporting her front dentures. My mother reported that the doctor has such a good hand that she didn't even feel the extraction. 10 out of 10!!! Now we're going to bring the family…

Terrible experience. A dental emergency after a 20-minute drive, the clinic was closed, even though it advertises itself as a 24-hour clinic.

We truly try our best to provide 24-hour service, but due to health reasons we had to limit our services. Yesterday I even tried to remove the ad from Google. We understand your dissatisfaction, but I also see it as a way to harm our work to leave a negative review, since at no point was there any poor service, or even a contact with us to explain. We strive for quality, humane, and transparent service. Unfortunately, there are people who judge something without knowing.

I see it's 24 hours, we called several times in an emergency and no one answered. How can it be 24 hours? :( We kept calling without success, trying to get through.

I'm sorry, but unforeseen events can happen, and the dentist was ill. Also, there was only one phone call, so there weren't multiple attempts. We tried our best to be available and provide a humane and high-quality service.
I had a problem on a Sunday and contacted the dentist, who responded promptly. She was super polite, kind, and attentive, in addition to being an excellent professional. The clinic's facilities are also great, everything is very organized and welcoming. Oh, and the price was very fair, which made me even more satisfied with the service. I highly recommend her!
