I recently went to the doctor's office for an evaluation and a future cleaning, but the doctor didn't even do the evaluation; she went straight to the cleaning, and unfortunately, I had a very uncomfortable experience. considered. I left the appointment crying from the pain, something that had never happened with other cleanings I've had in my life; cleanings have always been very calm and painless for me. I felt extremely disrespected and even a little violated. I would like to register my dissatisfaction and ask for more care with this type of approach, as each patient has a different pain threshold and deserves to be treated with empathy.

But I must point out that we were asked repeatedly if everything was alright, and at no point did you mention any pain! Anesthesia is not used for this type of procedure, only in specific cases and when the patient requests it. This was also not mentioned by you! We also didn't see you leave the office crying, as you claim. In any case, the day after your appointment, we sent a message to see how you were doing, and we always welcome compliments, criticisms, and complaints, but we didn't receive a response.
The place is excellent, from the service via WhatsApp to the procedure itself. Dr. Ane Campos managed to perform the root canal on my tooth, which had a very complicated curvature, and even in that situation, she never considered extracting the tooth. I had a dental cleaning done by Dr. Ane Campos and I have nothing but praise! The office is impeccable, super organized and welcoming.
