Dr. Andressa is extremely attentive and careful. I had a very professional yet personal experience. She calmly listened to everything I wanted to know and my anxieties about dentists, treating me very well and fulfilling my needs and desires. I went to Dr. Andressa's office and found the service impeccable. The office was clean and organized. She only sees private patients, but I found her super attentive, delicate, and realistic. Without forcing unnecessary procedures. She does cleanings, implants, surgeries, aesthetics, bruxism splints, among other things.

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Andreza was extremely disappointing. I underwent dental treatment while she was still working at another clinic, and, without my authorization, she has been using my images for advertising. I have repeatedly requested that she remove the photos, as I never authorized their use, and her response was completely disrespectful: she would delete and then repost…

them, archive and unarchive them, blocking me on WhatsApp and Instagram so I wouldn't see that she was posting them again, but my children showed me the photos... very disrespectful. I told her I would take action if she continued, and she blocked me without giving any explanation. Dishonest and unethical attitude, even more so coming from a healthcare professional, it's absurd. I've already experienced disrespect with another clinic, and now with this dentist acting maliciously, all people should be treated with respect, not ignored. I'm writing this message to serve as a warning so that other people are more careful about trusting others. I'm 65 years old, and just because I'm elderly doesn't mean they'll deceive me. I'm blocked on all social media, to make my account clear on Google. Beware🤨🤨
