Really the most amazing and trauma-free experience! Drivers to take you everywhere and the included accommodation is super comfortable , the staff are so friendly and the procedure was so quick I had an extraction and implant on the same day and I had no swelling or complications. Very good and professional picked up the minute you land in the airport and brought back and forward to clinic for as long as it takes . Everyone so nice professional and won’t let you go out without making sure everything is ok its worth the trip don’t be out of because it’s cheaper than other places back home if anything they do a better job if I ever need anything done again I will definitely be back if I ever need dental work again

I have changed my review from a five to a four. I must admit that from the time I was picked up at the airport and dropped at the accommodation there is nothing to complain about. As far as the treatment goes I suppose the only issue I have is the lack of communication from the staff to patient, there is none. I sent several emails to get an idea of how long the treatment would take and could not get a decent answer. Booked two weeks as informed only to find out it was all completed in 7 days. What do I do for the next week. I pointed out that in your email on two occasions you stated the time frame and that was how I booked my return ticket. In all fairness I must explain that the accommodation was part of the quote, so I didn't budget to pay elsewhere. I was originally told I would have to allow 6 months for everything to heal so that the implants could be completed. When I enquired how long to make the next appointment I was informed 7 months. Which is fine as apparently the bone graft needs time to heal, not a problem. The issue I have is all the mixed messages I was getting, all very confusing. I was originally informed that the permanent placement of the implants would only take a couple of days and today I was informed that I require 7 days. Like I said there is no communication between staff. Each section completes their part very efficiently but all very confusing. The staff at the clinic and accommodation are excellent, can't fault them at all. I found them very easy to work with and Miss Wendy is a joy to deal with. To sum it all up the main issue is communication, they would probably be better getting someone who can speak good English and can translate the questions from the client and get a decent answer.

From being picked up at the airport and taken to and from their complimentary hotel stay, the service here is brilliant. Every single staff member was always so genuinely caring and I never felt like I was pressured into anything. The room stay was very comfortable and his staff there were also so nice. I would highly recommend anybody considering dental work to approach Dr Sunil and his team, and you will not regret it. None of this would be made possible without the bones of this whole thing, Mrs Wendy, went above and beyond from the very start right up u til after I had left.

I cannot recommend Dr. Sunil Dental Clinic highly enough! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The entire team is incredibly friendly, professional, and patient—especially when it came to my needle phobia! They took the time to make me feel comfortable and reassured every step of the way, which made such a difference. The accommodation provided was also fantastic! The staff there were so welcoming and made me feel right at home. The whole process was made incredibly convenient, with the clinic organising transportation to and from each appointment, which took away all the stress. If you’re looking for a clinic that truly cares about your comfort and well-being, this is the place to go! Thank you to the whole team for making this experience so easy and positive. 💜

I've been there and the initial service was very good. The doctor and staff were polite and willing to provide excellent service. However, the wait time was over an hour. The location isn't very convenient; it's difficult to get there for those unfamiliar with the area. If you're driving, I'm concerned about parking. When I was leaving, the staff mentioned that I could request a clinic shuttle for my next visit, but the administrator never mentioned this.

The doctor did a great job, and the assistant was very kind.

Excellent Cusromer Sevice, very Professional. Omg Dr Nai and his team are amazing, he's makes you feel so at ease and listens, so you both work together for an excellent result. The front of house team were amazing and welcoming, As well as the drivers who picked us up each day from the hotel and dropped us back. So very happy choosing Dr Sunil Clinic in Bangkok, nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing customer care through the whole process. I had 26 new crowns. First visit 8 hrs in chair with zero pain or discomfort after. Second visit fit new crowns. Third visit for final review. I asked for a forth visit to make small adjustment to my bite…. Such an amazing experience - thank you to everyone at Dr Sunil International Dental

I contacted this clinic via email regarding a planned comprehensive crown procedure and subsequently went there for an initial consultation. Both in the email correspondence and during my visit, I felt that my concerns were listened to very carefully. The dentist also made a very competent impression. The treatment itself didn't go ahead because, unfortunately, the clinic doesn't offer treatment under general anesthesia. However, based on the preliminary examination and conversations with other patients in the waiting room who had already been treated there several times, I don't think I'm making a mistake in recommending this clinic.
