I decided to approach cautiously. The first time, I only had a few extractions and began to get to know the clinic and the staff. From the very beginning, I was struck by the welcome: great professionalism, kindness, but above all, a strong sense of humanity. The very young staff was always available and attentive, not only to me but to all the patients. I returned three times (3 days, 5 days, and then 10 days), and each time I was reassured that I had made the right choice. I saw with my own eyes so many people, even those with more complex situations than mine, leave the clinic happy and satisfied. Real smiles, full of joy. The last two weeks have been a unique and very important experience for me. I will never forget the moment I looked in the mirror: I couldn't believe my eyes... finally a smile that represents me, a smile I never thought I could have. A special thank you to Dr. Sara: with her gentleness, her attention, and her "magic hands," she didn't hurt me. She always stopped to ask if I was okay... a rare professionalism, coupled with great sensitivity. Another big thank you to Dr. Roland, always present, attentive, and with a reassuring smile that makes you feel at home.
