Wonderful experience!! I'm afraid of dentists but it was very easy, the staff were super polite and the service was quick and efficient!!

A tooth with an amalgam filling broke, and I researched dentists and went to one. I liked the service, however, the restoration wasn't good, and within a few days it all broke off. I had to go to another professional who solved it masterfully and charged less than half the price. Honestly, I won't go back and I don't recommend them... Hello Eufrásia, I'm very sorry that I couldn't meet your expectations, even though I treated you with all the care and attention. Your case indicated a crown, however, by mutual agreement we decided to only do the resin restoration, with the understanding that if it didn't stabilize, we would do the crown. I believe it wasn't explained well, that I wasn't clear in the planning. Anyway, I'm glad you were able to resolve it elsewhere. I wish you all the best.
I had my root canal done by Dr. Paulo on his recommendation and I have absolutely no complaints. He did my evaluation without charging anything, explained the root canal procedure step by step, and has a blessed, incredibly gentle touch... A very patient and communicative doctor....

They should put the opening hours on the website, because if you book an appointment in the afternoon, you end up standing outside on the sidewalk, I've never experienced that before.

Good afternoon. Our afternoon appointments are from 2:20 PM to 6:00 PM on a first-come, first-served basis. All our patients are aware of this. The office is indeed closed before this time (lunch break).

Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I had two root canals done, even though one tooth didn't need the procedure. Furthermore, the work done was poorly executed, and I had to find another professional, a specialist in root canals using a microscope, to correct the problem.
