I was taking back on the amount of dentists in the small town. Walk past all of them. Don’t let anyone talk you out of giving the team a chance. They are very professional. Thank you for taking care of me. See you all again in two months.

BEWARE, I SPEND 12.000. ON MY TEETH. I WENT BACK IN ONE WEEK. FOR A CHECK UP. HE SAID O YOU NEED A ROOT CANAL. WHY COULDAT TELL ME THAT TO BE GIN WITH,$ 600 A TOOTH. MORE. 100$ IN GAS .AND OVER 6 HOURS ROUND TRIP.. GET A SECOND OPINION
I had told the Dr. I only wanted a normal clean . He recommended me to get a deep clean I asked him how much is the Normal and the deep clean , he asked the front came back to the room and said a normal clean is $60 a deep clean is $200 I said I want a normal clean when I come back in July I’ll do a deep clean . the price .. assuming the normal clean is $60 then him pushing to do a deep clean just on the top I didn’t think it would be anymore than $100 because for the full deep clean he said it was $200 . Anyways , we do the procedure then I go to the front and they charge me $550 when in the beginning twice I told him I only wanted a normal clean today . He should have specified the prices before pushing a deep clean on me when I made it clear I only wanted a normal clean . I was very upset .
Excellent service and very importantly, the doctor guarantees his work, which shows he strives to do his job well.
From the moment you enter the office, the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. The staff is incredibly kind and supportive, providing excellent patient care. As for the work itself, it's highly professional, from endodontics to all other procedures. I was very impressed with their work. I'm completely satisfied.

a personally costly mistake I would hate to repeat. I wish to thank the entire team with the whole of my heart. Dr Jose provided primary care for me currently and others who assisted. Monica and others at the front desk bring another level of warmth and care to the clinic. One thing I like to add. Please remember if you’re new to this community this is a foreign country, English is not the native language. Care is taken to carefully explain , so ask questions for clarification if needed. It’s so different from USA, The quality is outstanding, attention to detail and care. Prices can not be compared and while it may be on pricier end for the area, do some research, it’s worth the difference. The expertise, quality of care, materials. Please be kind and respectful, they give their all to provide a comfortable experience with a fine end result.

I was introduced to Dr Sánchez by my friends who’ve been there and had wonderful service so I thought I’d try them out. I’d not been to a dentist in Mexico before it heard great things about him. My daughter and I had appointments but were very late as we got lost and then forgot that they are not on California time, they are an hour ahead! with us. They waited for us. The next time we came, we had root canals, periodontal work and they were very kind and gentle with us. Have to go back for more work and don’t mind the three hour trip each way. Would highly recommend Dr Sánchez!

Great dentist! All the employees there are the bomb! Receptionist oscar is a very helpful! Carlos in the front will take you to the best food areas in town and if he really likes you, he will probably take you to get his favorite drink! It truly feels like your welcomed and you end up leaving with some new friends!

Hello Mr. Merryman We had talked to your wife few times already (as she's the one that got our services), las time was just 2 days ago and we let her know that we have already turn in her case for review. We will contact her as soon as we have a decision made.
My concerns, questions and issues were immediately answered clearly and professionally and a treatment plan that corrected my bite, removed broken veneers and set me up for a plan for the future was implemented. I experienced no pain at all! The care was highly competent and professional. Staff was friendly and courteous, as always!

They were professional, courteous and took very good care of me. I’m a very big baby when it comes to dental work, and I felt very comfortable there. The day we came in for a consultation they took us right in with virtually no waiting. Took care of my husband and my work within 2 days . It was a good experience. Going back soon for our permanents .

It was our first time visiting Mexico. My husband and I plan to return. The dental work was outstanding. Great price, great office staff, and most of all, great results. The root canal specialist took great care with a tooth that would not numb. She explained why my tooth was being stubborn and tried a different procedure that worked!
