crestfallen. Also i cannot get floss between two of them. She forgot that step and now it’s impossible to fix. I deeply regret going to this dentist. I have a big blister on my lip, and little bumps on the inside of my cheek.Update: Day 3 and I have an infection all around the gums where she worked and an abscess near it. She should be fired. Now I wonder if the equipment was autoclaved and frightened I may be infected with who knows what. This office appears modern and clean I should add.

Sorry for your complaint. I am sure that if you return ww can help you. Sometimes people's gums get inflamed, but our instruments are all sterilized in an autoclave and all proper protocols are followed

Dr Junkal Gallardo are also great ! The Drs are very down to earth and very friendly staff. Hilda is the coordinator and she is just a sweet lady. I would give them 5 stars ⭐️, the only reason I gave them 4 stars , I s because one of my crowns on a implant kept coming loose and it took 4 extra trips to finally set it at the right fit . Other than that , I highly recommend them !!! Main thing is that I had no problems with root canals and implants .

thanks for taking the time do write a review. I am glad you are gappy with the overall work. I appologize to hat the screw came loose on one of the implant crowns. Of course we honor our guarantee. The doctor applied the amount of torque specified by the manufacturer to the screw, but perhaps the occlusion was a little off on the crown, putting more pressure on that tooth, which is something that the Dr would adjust. constantly busy at work and my texts are always answered quickly. Having all your teeth extracted can be a very stressful and scary experience. I have put this off for a long time and now it’s finally happening. I have done lots of research on this seen a couple dentists in TJ and I felt most comfortable with this office. also recommend them to friends & family looking for a cheaper solution to their dental needs. 1. Very communicative - They respond by email and phone and also followed up a few days later by phone to answer any questions you have. 2. Transportation - They provided transportation to and from appointments, in case you don't feel safe driving in Mexico. They'll even pick you up from the border if you don't plan on staying in Mexico. 3. Their work ethic - I had a chip in my front tooth, they gave me a temporary fix, while waiting to have a my permanent solution created. In the US, they told me nothing temporary could be done. Once you've discussed what work you'd like to have done, they work on everything right away. In my case, I had to have a new bridge created but also wanted some other minor work done (replace fillings, cleaning, teeth whitening etc.) My first visit I had almost all the work I wanted done. In the U.S, work like this would normally be spread out over the course of a few months. Everything was pretty much done in 1 day. 4. Price - I was quoted $6K and that's to permanently fix my chipped bridge. Their price was $2K!! Cleaning, whitening super cheap compared to the U.S 5. Service - Once I arrived at the office, there was literally no wait time. My Dentist was ready and waiting to see me and begin working on my concerns. Once I sat in the chair and my dentist slid a neck pillow under my neck and provided shaded glasses to protect my eyes from the bright light...This immediately made a difference in my comfort level. This is what changed the visit from a regular dental visit to feeling like a first class experience!! If you are on the fence or hesitant to try Dr. Mexico, please take this review seriously. I don't often do reviews but this place is in all honesty a hidden gem I almost don't want to share for fear it may be busy the next time I visit. Shoutout to my dentist, she's one in a million and I enjoyed listening to Reggaeton while having my work done :)

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Mexico. First, the level of professionalism and care is amazing, the accommodations like the shuttle ride from the border and the dedicated on-site translator-doctor (Dr Hugo). 4.6 stars. I asked Hilda, who answered the phone, if she minded my asking a pointed question. I asked if they got some of those reviews by offering an incentive, like a discount, if people would write them a five star review. The answer was no, which is good to hear, which means the reviews were organic, that is, real. The consultation was only $45 which I think is about a half Of what they would charge in the USA. I thought I needed an implant, because two months ago I had pain, but since I don’t have pain anymore-I suppose it healed itself. So, right now, I do not need an implant; (my insurance in the United States is only for pain situations)-I suppose it healed itself.
