We are sorry that this patient has a negative opinion. We truly do want the patients to have a positive experience, but sometimes peoples expectations are not realistic. To answer the points mentioned. Concerning patient pick up, usually our driver arrives within a couple of minutes, However, there are times when traffic can be unpredictable, or the patient is waiting in an unexpected spot, and the driver didn't see them. If the patient communicates properly, before crossing the border, unless there is a rare traffic problem, the driver will be there on time. As to the experience of the dentists, they have all been out of the University, and practicing full time for a minimum of 3 to 8 years. The dental university training is 5 years, with two years of public service. Our specialists have an additional 2 to 4 years of training, in advanced dentistry. It is just that they look young. As far as the treatments, after an evaluation, a dental plan is made, and the patient signs off on it before starting treatment. There may be an occasion where, once treatment is started the dentists discovers some additional treatments are needed, simply because x-rays don't always show everything, but the policy is to advise before continuing treatment. We try to do everything up front.

These are some of the most professional and competent dentists around. I've not had a bad experience when going for dental work. Reasonably priced and able to come in on Saturday is great. Highly recommend if you are looking for great dental service at a much lower cost.

discomfort/blockage in my ear once again my jaws hurts also. N every time I floss 1 my crown displaces. Also I still need additional work done apparently. So I’m Slightly disappointed in this not being pointed out in Mexico as I ask for everything that I needed done! But at least my most expensive work was done. N done pretty decent minus the one crown that may need Re-cementing. Can’t complain much I appreciate what was done at the price it was done at ! Thanks

. Mexico!! I have worked in dentistry for over 20 years in the US (from chairside assisting to practice management) and I simply could not afford the 2 implants I needed. I have heard good and bad stories from people who have gone to Mexico for treatment. I chose Dr. Mexico because of their Google reviews - not all of the good ones, but the responses to the only 2 negative reviews. I like to know what happens IF things do not turn out as planned. Some complications are unavoidable and my comfort was seeing their response to the 2 patients who were not happy. My very complicated procedure was handled exceptionally well and my results are way better than I had expected (especially with my own knowledge of these type of procedures). I would not just recommend Dr. Mexico to anyone needing dental work, I can explain why I have so much confidence in this practice. They do have the best equipment available, a beautiful office and most importantly the BEST doctors and staff. Thank You Dr. Mexico ❤

I have visited Dr Mexico now three times. The first time was to get a sinus lift and an implant and both procedures went very well. The next time I went back was get the abutment put in and the last time was for a tooth extraction as well as the finished implant that went well. Dr.Mexico placed an implant in the wrong root of an upper molar so instead of being perpendicular it was to one side, almost horizontal. Even though the error was acknowledged by the Dra. responsible of the clinic I lost $ 1500 USD that I had paid. She refused to refund. The x=rays they took nobody could read them in the USA.

I am sorry for any misunderstanding. It probably is caused by not being able to compare the actual treatment diagnosis over the phone or email. That is why it is always best, if you are wanting to compare prices, to come to a dental office to get a physical evaluation and an copy of treatment plan to use to compare. Sometimes obe dentist gives you prices for things you may or may not need, simply because he cannot know without seeing you and taking x-rays. If a price quote is apples to apples, it should show that our prices are generally much less expensive here. But in anycase, I am sorry that we couldn't be if service to you, and hope the best for you in getting treatment.

I had 3 dental implants placed back in 2015-2016. Took about 9 months and 4 visits since I. Needed a bone graft, which btw was at no extra charge. Drs were gentle and very professional. Recommend Dr Mexico to all my coworkers family and friends
