The best office ever. Kindness and professional service at the highest level. From parking, pleasant smell and nice atmosphere, to the "if it hurts we'll stop" approach, great anesthesia, no waiting in line and no complications.

I made an appointment for scaling, I am very disappointed. The work was done very poorly, on the contrary, they hurt me more than anything else, they put a device in my mouth to close my mouth. They definitely created canker sores that they did not disinfect. I do not recommend this institution at all, not professional at all, especially run away

Our office adheres to high standards of hygiene and sterility, so all instruments are packaged and opened in front of the patient, and the cup and suction cup, gloves and mask are put on when the patient sits on the chair. After all, there is video surveillance in the office, so everything is verifiable. Since you initially asked for a price reduction, we understand what this is about. It is pointless to discuss a device in your mouth to shut your mouth. Since this is the first time I've heard that one tooth needs to be removed in order to repair the other, I'm a little skeptical about it and refuse to have the tooth extracted. No problem then, the doctor says we'll continue with cleaning the seventh tooth's root (which until then was only somewhat sensitive to biting compared to the other teeth, and without any pain). After the nerve is removed, the tooth closes. I ask if there will be any pain, he says no, "a little sensitive" and I can supposedly eat after 2 hours. I ask 100 questions about exactly what was done and what is the next step, I have to extract all the information at a straw. I explicitly ask if medicine has been given because I know it causes pain sometimes, and I get the answer "no"! After coming home, I feel that I can't eat on that side (more than 3 hours have passed since the procedure). The next day, constant pain, I call the doctor's office because it's going to be a long weekend, and I see that the pain is progressively increasing and there are no emergency dentists over the weekend, I get the answer "everything is fine, that's how it should be". Nothing, I stay at home, of course, the next weekend I wake up in pain. The doctor is no longer working "he is in training" and the other is absent. I take out a temporary filling somehow and cotton, etc. Instant relief. In a few hours the pain is gone. I tell the doctor that I took it out, and he makes an appointment on Mon. On Mon. I'm coming, the doctor understood from the term "I took it out" that I took out a tooth?????? In the middle of the weekend, I had a tooth pulled out for a week at home, the theory?! It's like pulling a tooth and drinking coffee. Nothing, now we are cleaning the canals again, this time without anesthesia because nothing hurts anymore (it's been 2 days since the teeth were opened). He closes the tooth again and says again that it shouldn't hurt anymore. Of course, when I got home, the pain started to appear. By the evening I can't touch my teeth. The doctor says to come tomorrow for an antibiotic. I come to get an antibiotic and find out that the doctor has no idea why it hurts (when asked directly why it hurts, the answer is "I don't know") and that he plans to fill my tooth tomorrow and close it permanently (despite the fact that I can't touch the tooth with a pen because of the pain). Never in my life have I heard of someone fixing an inflamed tooth in the middle of an inflammation. I can still understand that sometimes things go wrong, but what is the biggest disappointment in everything is the complete contrast from the google reviews shown here. The doctor didn't explain anything during the process, nor did he care at all about the patient, even if he was in pain. Throughout the entire process, I get the impression that the doctor thinks I'm imagining this pain because when I tell him that I'm constantly in pain, his answers are "listen, everyone has a different pain tolerance threshold". When I told him that I woke up in pain, he said that he woke up this morning too (???? certainly not from pain). And finally, the advice is "to go to an endodontist". I certainly considered that, and I managed to solve it and I'm writing when it's all over (without removing the wisdom teeth!!!), but the realization that the person in question started the job, and in the middle of the job when things went wrong, he gave up because he clearly didn't feel like it. And because he's not an expert, it's funny to say the least. Now that I follow the reviews, there are quite a few of them about baby teeth. Maybe that's the extent of the person's expertise.
Professional, patient and kind. An excellent approach to children who are not afraid of the dentist because of him. I would definitely recommend it.
