Overall, I am very satisfied with the services and staff. What I would like to improve is the appointment scheduling. People should enter the clinic at the time they are scheduled for, not 20-30 minutes later. It doesn't happen all the time, but it has happened too often over the years. In that case, I would at least expect an apology.
