We have had a very good experience with Dr. Martin's invisible braces. Professional approach and simple process. If you are considering invisible braces, I definitely recommend them. The doctors and nurses were always nice, they communicated everything I needed to know. The entire treatment was professionally and organizationally excellent. And I am very happy with the result. It was definitely worth the investment.

g splints and frequent reminders about the need to supply more splints and other things, I was left with a condition that requires more years of treatment and thousands of euros. And this despite the fact that I asked directly about everything important during the initial consultation. I received a positive answer to everything. Over time, I gradually found out that it was untrue. Among other things, they explicitly told me that Starlynr is exactly the same as Invisalign and the difference is only in the brand and price. This is not true, in addition to poor quality, fragile splints and poor to no treatment management, there was also an unprofessional treatment plan that ruined my teeth. In the middle of treatment, when these problems definitely surfaced, instead of a proper effort to resolve them, they are unjustifiedly asking for more money. And this is in a situation where your teeth are already in the process and there is no way back for you. It will take me years and money to get them back, and it will also not solve the condition in which my teeth are left. I will only get justice in court. But you should definitely avoid this clinic.
Update 01/2026 Unfortunately, after three years of wearing the braces, the treatment did not end with my satisfaction. I had about 120 splints and now the time has come when I have to pay 55,- EUR for each additional splint, if I am interested in continuing the treatment. complete treatment is increased by a decent amount!!! I do not have the habit of writing negative reviews online, but my dissatisfaction with the Dr. Martin clinic led me to do so for the first time. In March 2023, I started treatment with the invisible Starlynr braces. I was told that this brand is made in Slovakia, which should bring me the benefit of fast delivery of dental splints. Instead, I have to call every two months to ask where my other splints are and constantly ask for them. The nurse just told me that they are no longer made in Slovakia and that I have to wear the last splint for longer (not to mention that by the end my splint is in terrible condition, because it is wearing out). Since the beginning of the treatment, I have only had minute check-ups with the nurse, and now the doctor has finally looked at me. After a year of wearing the braces, the nurse and I decided that the upper teeth need to be adjusted, but if I want a new treatment plan, I have to pay an additional 500 EUR (I was clearly consulted in person before payment that everything is included in the price), which I refused, and they still promised me that I would not have to pay extra for a few splints. And outside of my treatment, I am also surprised that no one can tell me how much the braces actually cost. I go to an outpatient clinic where they "offer" one product and the actual nurses and doctors don't know how much the product currently costs? I got an answer from about four employees that they don't know 🤦♀️Despite everything, the clinic staff has always been very nice to me and my negative experience with the clinic is not their fault. I'm writing this review for potential customers so that they better consider sending someone a few thousand EUR for something they won't be happy with.
