Wonderful place and wonderful staff. I went right before COVID started and I am still great!
They are great if you get the main dentist but you hardly get to see him. There seems to be a disconnect in communication somewhere. Communication is key when it comes to things like tooth work and they are missing that. When tooth work is guaranteed it’s good but it’s still expensive to fly back less than a month later to redo the work.
This is now my third or fourth time going to Dr Marco. Amazing every time. The staff is always professional, the accommodations on site are the best. And now with the new restaurant on site even better. I'm proud of my new smile because of Dr Marco
I first went to Dr Marco 5 years ago. I researched a lot of places and Dr Marco was the only one that could do what I wanted. Dr Marco and his staff are perfectionists. They actually care about you. Something most places do not do. I cannot thank Dr Marco and his wonderful staff enough for what they provide.

you can see why him and his staff go way beyond expectations to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. Truly amazing people. I’m to embarrassed to show a before picture but here is a few of his amazing work. Thank you all for taking care of me in one of the most vulnerable positions Ive been. My implants were done quite well in November 2019.. The Covid event prevented my return for the crowns until December 2021. I had some looseness in the crowns 8 months later and returned for correction. Dr.Marco did a great job in the corrections and was very empathetic with regard to the problems. I have been going to this dental office since 2011. I was quoted $22,000 for 4 implants and crowns here in Atlanta where I live. Did extensive research and found this practice in San Jose Costa Rica. Dr. Marco and Dr. Allan Canejo are the best and most gentle dentist I ever had ( I am 69 years old). My wife and I just got back from San Jose CR. Cincinnati,Oh I received a full assessment of my problems and my case was assigned to Dr. Mora. Dr. Mora assured me he could give me a full mouth restoration. I was there my first trip for a week. My wisdom teeth were pulled plus two others. Three implants were put in and all my remaining teeth were ground to receive crowns at a later date. Temporary uppers and lowers were put in place until I would return in around 4 months. On my return for the completion of restoration I would have 26 zirconium crowns fitted and placed. Only 2 original teeth were kept in place as they were. Please understand this! When my original teeth were ground to receive crowns at a later date I was left with nerve sensation. Today I have a full mouth of beautiful teeth. I can sense pressure when chewing, my tongue touching my teeth, a finger touching them and when I use my water pic I feel the water hitting them. Dr Mora and his assistant Laura were simply amazing. The whole experience was beyond words. In my words I must say my teeth are and absolute miracle. I want to express my greatest of gratitude for for my results! Please don’t be afraid to change your life. All my work was done with local anesthesia and my pain was very limited. My restoration has now been complete for 1 year. They function as if they were my original teeth. Before I end this I need to complement the whole staff and office. They are kind, caring and very professional. Trust me if you are going to Costa Rica for dental your choice should start and end with Dr Cavallini’s office! Just came back from Costa Rica and very happy with dr Cavallinis clinic .Excited to be back in few months for my crown ofor implant.Very best customer service,even life music to enterteined patients. Forgot to mention iam patient since 2013 and now this is my dentist forever.

car accident many years ago and was honestly afraid to go to the dentist. That being said after months of research and visiting many dentists in New York I was recomended to Dr. Cavillinis office by a friend. I was a little sceptical about traveling to Costa Rica but after talking with his office and alot of research I hopped on a plane and went to his office & I'm so happy I did. The work he did was amazing, and virtually painless which was most suprizing... i could go on and on but I would rate my experience as FANTASTIC. THANK YOU DR. MARCO !!

I love everyone in the clinic. everyone is very friendly and personal. When I had issues they listened and resolved each of the issues. They dont sop until all is taken care of. A successful trip.
The Doctors and their staff were the best people. They go above and beyond . We booked our plane and give them the details . And they lined up our Hotel and picked us up at the airport . And dropped us off at the end of our stay. I look forward to my next visit . Highly recommend

me with a set of temporary teeth that they glued in kinda like dentures and sent me home for four months. They worked great! I went back In early June to have the temps removed and 14 crowns put on and again I was very happy with the whole process. The Dr. that fitted the crowns (Dr. Moreau ? ) did a great job and made sure that I would be happy. We stayed at their sky apartments across the street and were very happy with the accommodations. We did check out the Bed and Breakfast style hotel upstairs and it was also quite nice. Dr. Marco gave me a fantastic price and I am and will always be very grateful for his help. I truly believe that Dr. Marco A. Munoz Peralta cares about his patients and money is not the driving factor. My wife and I will be going back. I would recommend the clinic anyone.
Very professional and my dentist in the US was extremely impressed with the first phase of the dental implant work performed by Dr. Marco. My dentist is so impressed she wants to go with me when I return in December for my final set of upper and lowers. She wants to visit with him and see his facilities so she can start referring some of her patients to him.

price for service was $2,475.00 and my flights are $300+/- from Florida. He probably can do a 10 times better job than the best dentist near you. He owns the labs and everything, and it is all incredibly high quality when you compare against American or Canadian standards. So I got there and yes, they are busy constantly. Big surprise, I am not the only one who would like beyond excellent dental work for next to nothing... The service, workmanship, care, and precision of him and his entire staff are beyond compare. I was no longer in pain and had an excellent looking mouth upon coming back to Florida. Unfortunately, San Jose, Costa Rica is not a great place to go. One trip Most of the people you will encounter will try to rip you off if you are not costa rican. It is best to rent a car as trust me, it will be cheaper. A nice hotel runs $55-$65 in San Jose, Costa Rica if you contact them DIRECTLY. Average college graduate income in Costa Rica is $600 monthly, so no, $35+ for a short taxi ride is not reasonable. You must use common sense when dealing with (irrational) locals in this part of the world. This information they will not tell you, as everybody will try to inflate your prices as high as possible for virtually everything that should cost next to nothing. The local taxi drivers do not know where virtually anything is, and will charge you prices you never agreed to as they waste your vacation time driving in circles. The "trusted drivers" recommended by everyone and anyone because they get a kickback are no better. Use this same theory with anywhere, unless you pick the exact place. They will tell you wherever you are headed is not safe, closed today, closed down, or whatever to get a kickback from some other place. To be very brief, do not trust the locals at all even while you are staring at them. There are no exceptions to this rule. Avoiding (Taxis, trusted drivers, Uber, etc.) will solve 90%+ of any issues and unforeseen expenses you could have in Costa Rica. Then remember everything is negotiable! As, far as the dental cost, service, and quality at Cavallini, you can trust me that it will be a truly wonderful experience even looking back years later. You will definitely be very satisfied with the work. I just booked time to go again, as I have done some damage, and am wanting some veneers. Their prices have inched up a bit, but still pretty reasonable.
