support I needed post-operatively via WhatsApp, and I take this opportunity to thank the kindness, politeness, and goodness of the young woman who greeted me, Vitória, from the first contact. It was her kindness and interest in the patient that prompted me to decide to go to the clinic for a consultation. I didn't know the doctor or the clinic, but contacting them and being well received increased my interest in scheduling an appointment. And it wasn't just via WhatsApp; I was also well attended to in person by both Vitória and Dr. Lucas, and for that I can only express my gratitude! Thank you! 🙏🏻
