Horrible. The secretary's lack of manners is tremendous, a complete disregard for me. The orthodontic appliance documentation was supposed to be ready in 7 days, and they only informed me it was ready after 30 days because I followed up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. An employee named Isabela was very rude and ill-mannered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them.
I've been a patient for almost 4 years, and the professionals are fully qualified to provide care. Excellent work from everyone, and Dr. Bruna is a sweetheart. I confess I'll miss the maintenance appointments. Very happy with the change in my smile 😁 and super excited for the final result 😍

I paid 900 upfront to be treated with this disregard? It's like I'm asking for a favor. And they're attending to me with ill will. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ONLY SHOWED THEIR URGENCY WHEN I GOT THERE; AFTER I PAID, THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY FUCK OFF.
